I am a new patient, that glanced at the google reviews, and then went to Focus Eye Care to speak with the staff. After my first experience chatting and looking at available frames, I was comfortable proceeding with an appointment. I was concerned with cost due to not having Vision Insurance. However, Focus Eye Care does accept FSA & HSA payments. I was able to proceed with the examination, and order two pairs of glasses: standard and sunglasses. My experience was extremely positive. The atmosphere was friendly and engaging. The frames fitting was comfortable, and the staff definitely made me feel confident with my decisions. Dr. Dawson was extremely engaging throughout my examination, and answered many questions I had, and even more that I didnt know I had. As an information sponge, the information overload was great! Im excited for my new frames to arrive, and would highly recommend this facility and their services in the future!

During a trip from Ohio to Minnesota, the left lens in my eyeglasses popped loose. I took them first to Costco, where the optician did her best -- but the repair lasted less than a day. Desperate, I stopped in at Dr. Dawsons office, and Jamie Connell quickly and effectively repaired the problem. Not only were my glasses repaired efficiently, but Jamie even invited my wife in for a cup of coffee and an extensive discussion of the joys of cat ownership. We are forever grateful to Jamie for her quick work and her hospitality, and we can unreservedly recommend Dr. Dawsons office to anyone who needs the care of a friendly and expert optometrist.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Dawson for over a year. She is very detailed and thorough with her examinations. She never rushes you and listens to all of your concerns. All your questions are addressed. Her staff is equally amazing. Jamie makes sure you are happy with the glasses you pick out and want you to very happy with your choices. Jaime is quick to fix any issue you have with your glasses or contacts. Both Dr Dawson and Jamie go out of their way to make sure you are pleased. She as well makes sure we understand what our out of pocket cost will be and what insurance will pay. We will def be long time patients of Dr Dawson.

My husband and I cant say enough about Dr. Dawson and Jamie. We have been with them for years and have experienced exceptional service. Dr. Dawson has diagnosed my husband (early) with some severe issues. We were able to get them taken care of before long-lasting damage was done. Dr. Dawson only works with the best vendors for contacts and glasses. We feel taken care of by this staff and will be customers for a long time.

Dr. Dawson and her staff is the BEST! Very caring, attention to detail, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and not feel rushed. Explains everything to you. Stayed after hours to take care of my son with a medical eye emergency.. Called me that night to check in on my son and the next day. Could not ask for a better DOCTOR!
