DO NOT GO HERE! Went there the other day for a cleaning and once I was face to face with the Dentist I had told him that my filling had never stopped hurting ever since I had it taken care of 6 months ago. He didnt say much after my comment and I figured it was because his English was very poor. Anyways without any notice or warning or explanation of what he was going to do he starting drilling away at my tooth within my poorly filled cavity and I could feel shards of tooth just spilling around my mouth along with the fact that I was in excruciating pain and had to have him stop. The guy did nothing to numb it or give me a heads up whatsoever. I believe his name was Dr. Baily. So now Im left with a very rigid molar and it is more painful than ever before. If you like very foreign Drs with terrible bed side manners and practices then this is the perfect place for you. I am getting a second opinion this week about this "Drs" work because it felt very unorthodox. DO NOT GO THERE!

They got me in the next day for a wisdom tooth with pain. Although it was a difficult tooth to pull they did it instead of sendind me to an oral surgeon. The dentist and staff were very nice. They gave me a discount since I was without insurance. They charged a fraction of what the oral surgeon had quoted me. The office is very clean, modern decorations, and an awesome play area for children. I listened in on another patient, who was a child, they were very friendly and silly with the child, to ensure the visit was fun for them. They accept medicaid even for adults which is rare. Most places that do accept adult medicaid are very run down and make you feel subclass. They ar welcoming. This is a 5 star dentist with 2 star prices.

RUDE! waited over an hour with an appointment. The dentist had terrible manners, poor skill, made me feel ashamed and hopeless. He unnecessarily stabbed my gums with his pick every chance he had, needlessly tapped on sensitive teeth, had a difficult time figuring out a plan for my dental needs and talking with me about it. The hygienist was very unpleasant, tried yanking out the xray plate while it was sort of hooked around my lower teeth. This place reminded me of a cattle yard.. herd people in and out as fast as they can. They wanted to do a cleaning but I refused to open my mouth once more. Theyre so bad, other dental clinics laugh about how much of a rip off they are. They shouldnt even be in business.

The front desk workers are VERY rude and not at all helpful. Before even coming in I made sure they were taking walk-ins, then when I got there, they acted as though they werent going to see me. Thankfully they did because if I had went through the hassle of getting a babysitter and then driving there for nothing, I would have been extremely upset. I was also assured before coming in that they do same day treatment, which is apparently not always the case. I would not have wasted my time if I knew that. I definitely do NOT recommend this place. Maybe if there was friendlier staff who was a little more understanding and not so stuck up and rude. There was also a 3 hr wait time.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went to this dentist today and will NEVER GO BACK. They are very poorly trained to do their work as a "dentist" and also very unprofessional an uncaring for your tooth pain or aches. I went there for them to check my tooth and they told me to take dental floss and pull on my tooth to make the pain go away for the time being! Are you kidding me? NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! Asked them how much money it would be to fill 2 cavities and they came back with a paper saying $6,000!!! (MIND YOU ITS A MEDICAID DENTIST)! Crazy.

I love this dentist office! They have a big waiting room for kids with a slide and video games and a tv! And they took all 5 of kids the same day! They were so good with all my kids even my little ones 5,4!! I have been to other dentist and my kids screamed and they wouldnt let me in the back! I walked from room to room and checked on all my kids and no one of my kids screamed or even said ouch!! They are the best office I have ever been to!!

I wont even give them one star.. Their service is very bad.. They told me I needed all my teeth pulled.. I got a second opinion an I only need a couple teeth fixed.. I asked them for my x-rays and its been about a month now and still have got them in the mail.. I will never go and see them. Im very disappointed in this place. Always get a second opinion first be 4 you get any work done at this place. They are very unprofessional.

This place likes to "fix" teeth that dont need fixing. Wish Id had a second opinion before I agreed to let them fix my tooth! They cracked the youth they were fixing, and refused to repair the damage! They wanted me to pay another $1000 to have them fix their mistake!! Never again! Be warned, Ive heard many horror stories after i started telling others of my experience at dental dreams! Wish I could do zero stars!

If I could I wouldnt even give it A star!!! They charged my insurance 80 bucks to brush my daughters teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste and called it a cleaning. No floss. No stocker. No toothbrush to go home with. NOTHING! ! SHE slipped and cut my lip during my cleaning.. my filling fell out a month after she did it.. and did my filling without numbing me. Never will I go here again or recommend it to anyone.

I went one time for a routine check up and was told I had 8 cavities and it was going to be $500, with insurance!! Which I thought was crazy because I go to the dentist at LEAST once a year. I went to Muskegon Family Care and they told me I had one cavity. They filled it and did an exam for $130 (without insurance)! Dental Dreams is a scam and I also felt very uncomfortable during the entire process.

I went here to get some fillings done. A shot was put in my gums to numb my teeth, but as soon as the dentist started drilling, I could feel EVERYTHING. So they put another shot in my gums. Dentist started drilling and I still felt excruciating pain. The dentist was a male, I went there previous times and had a female dentist and she was great, so if I do go back there, I will request the female.

I will never, ever take a kid here again. We were there 3 hrs for a basic exam and cleaning and even though they claim to cater to kids, they didnt have small enough equipment for my 8yos exrays. The hygenists tried to be nice but the dentist was terribly rough. The office staff was unprofessional and rude. Dont bother with it, theres a reason they advertise so much...

I have been going to this office for a few years now. So today I called with a toothache and they cant get me in until August 5th? They said they have gotten too busy. They no longer do same day emergency appts. nor do they accept walk ins any more. Everything they were so proud of when they came to town they no longer offer. So now I sit in pain for 3 weeks???
