Worst services ever. Dr. Ophoff is the worst Dr there. Doesnt believe that there is nothing wrong with you. I have explained that I am in pain. That something is wrong. He gave me the run around. At first I was on Medicaid. So I could only see him for one ailment at a time. As soon as I had regular priority health insurance. He finally listened to me. That I rerequested that in need my back looked at. I already had scoliosis. So I had 3 MRIs done. So I got the rresults back. I have pinched nerve in my neck and another in my lumbar region. He still tried playing it off like he figured it out. In which Im the one that felt it. I am switching to a new Dr. That will listen and not treat me or look at me like Im lying. So yes. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED INTERCARE NOR DR OHPOFF. Well any of the doctors there.

The service here, is like the waiting line in the movie Beetlejuice. Everyone looks very dismal.(Both patients, and staff) I could play 30 rounds of temple run with eaze. I have never found a more fitting example of a waiting room. One time I had a small child of 4? Run up to me with boogers on his face. He had some sort of baby food all over his face and hands. The little rat came up and touched my leg. My pants were full of some baby mush. When I looked at his mom, she was busy with the rest of the Cheaper by The Dozen crew. I have Snory McSnorrington sitting next to me at the moment. Hes more amusing than the awful TV show playing in the background. When I get a vaccine here I usually have the awesome luck of getting the new nurse. She uses the new and improved " Stick and twist" technique.

The most unprofessional place to go and get healthcare at. Their front desk employees are so rude with no type of education, you have to wait long periods of hours to be seen and on top of that when youre in the room with the MA or nurses they dont even give you the proper attention or listen to your health issues, they seem to be in the hurry to get out of the room. I felt they dont care about their patient enough to take the time to listen and give you at least a satisfactory service. Please dont ever go there or bring your kids either, all they care about is the money of your insurrance or the money they get from the goverment for the unensurrance people. I will ever recommend this place to anyone.

Every single time, and I mean EVERY single time I request something to be done there is ALWAYS a mistake or some kind of delay. I am pretty sure there is no delays or mistakes when its time to bill me. I am so fed up with this place, I am switching to a different doctor. Heather that answers the phones and suppose to help you literally made me feel like I am upset for no reason and how dare I to be upset with them. When I asked for her information she said she doesnt have to give it to me. Anyways, thank God for Lory who was able to get things done. Finally someone who does their job. Thank you Lory!

If I could I would leave a minus one star. My mom called this office and it took them 5 days to call back. My mom was not home when the call came so she called them back. It has now been 3 days and they have not called her. She had lost her dentures and needs teeth! I would definitely NOT recommend this Intercare Community Health Network to anyone.....its really sad. Apparently they do not care about their potential clients.

Used the Dental service there. The assts and dentist were nice and caring but I cant get anyone on the phone after the fact to pay my bill. Ive called multiple times over several months and only get an extremely rude man in a call center who cannot explain why I cannot get the paid in full benefit as it was explained to me in person at Holland facility and when I ask to speak to Holland directly I only get a voice mail.

If I could rate them zero, I would. Absolutely the worst Drs office in Holland. Staff will sit and talk on their cell phones while the business phones ring off the hook. Doctors cant follow through with even the simplest tasks like referrals or contacting specialists as promised. Literally cant be bothered to do their jobs. Certainly not concerned with health. Barely a business.

They dont have professional people working there. You check in there and you are in a big queue which no one knows how long it will take. No way to get any confirmation about your appointment timing and their system does not have notification facility to inform if its going to be delayed.

This place in holland has the rudest staff. They cater to the Hispanics and treat everyone else with major attitudes. The Pullman location is disgusting and gives out narcotics like they are candy. These places should be ran better.they do not provide good medical care.

Slow but worth the wait...if you can afford better than go somewhere else...a lot of the clients that come here act like they are the ones but they are getting services that most of them couldnt afford...the staff is great especially for what they have to put up with.

I went Im the rn was so unprofessional she had to ask me how much I weight after I was weighted, her phone kept going off, I went in for several reasons and he just told me to eat apples and miralax for the constipation and left. Never going back there again.

This place is horrible. It takes them an hour after your scheduled appointment to call you back in the room then once your in the room it takes another hour to see the doctor. Im sorry but since with do doctors appointments take 3 hours.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! the people who work here are heartless, it is a place Doctors go to bide time till they retire. for most part they dont listen , and you have to sit in their waiting rooms for hours , the worst

Pullman clinic is a joke,especially Dr.Brady!When you call to have a simple non- narcotic medicine refill it takes over a week? Clinic,more like welfare only staff!!!
