The staff in the front and even the manager are so rude. The dentist and back staff awesome. But the front makes them look so bad because of the way they talk to you and treat you. I told the manager I was going to go write a review and he said okay thats fine go ahead like he didnt even care. I work with people everyday in my office and I like to make them feel wanted and respected . I would do whatever I could to turn the situation around and make them happy again . Them... They could careless bc they know there are very few child dentist in Holland and people have no choice but to put up with how rude they are . Very sad...

I think it b.s if you bring your children to them all there life and when they turn 15 and hadnt needed to see them for 2 years, but this is the only dentist they know and he needs a filling and they refuse treatment for him and say how he would be better off with a different dentist... Thats straight up b.s !!!! All because he didnt need to see them for anything for a while.. Dont let your kids get to comfortable with them because they can refuse to see your kids at anytime for any reason...

My 4 year old daughter had her top two front teeth bent badly back when she fell while running. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and made her feel at ease as they checked things out and then straightened her teeth back out. The dentist and all the rest of the staff were so helpful and saw us immediately even though they were busy. They did such a wonderful job I cant imagine how they could have done any better. If I could give six stars I would.
