My experience at Aspen Dental was not good. I have an abscessed wisdom tooth that is infected and falling apart. It is absolutely the worst tooth pain I have ever experienced and I told them how miserable I was. I cant sleep and even missed a couple days of work because I was unable to focus. I havent had tooth pain in over 10 years but my whole life it was just standard procedure that when I was in so much distress they just naturally gave me an antibiotic to help the swelling and infection and a pain reliever to at least ease the pain to a more comfortable level so that I could at least continue my daily activities. Not this place. All hey were willing to give me was Penicillin and refused to help with the pain at all. So, after all the poking around in my mouth I left there worse off than when I came and had nothing for the severe pain in my mouth. That was 2 days ago and Im still suffering. The swelling went down from the Penicillin but the pain is the same. The soonest I could get in to another Dentist was Monday so I have to wait 3 more days in agony with this bad tooth. I absolutely will not let Aspen pull my tooth. They had no empathy toward how bad I was hurting. Theyll yank my wisdom tooth and send me on my way hurting like hell. Hopefully this place on Monday will give me something to get the my pain at least to a tolerable level and then I will have the tooth extracted. Point is, if you are in severe pain DO NOT go to Aspen Dental. Try somewhere else unless the pain doesnt bother you like it does me. They will not give you any pain medicine to give you relief. Go somewhere else. I suffered for days before I got in to see them and I was expecting them to help me feel better. Now I have to wait 5 more days because they dont care enough. Im miserable and the Orajel doesnt even help anymore. Aspen Dental sucks. Im very unhappy with them.

BEWARE: this office participates in unethical practices. The treatment plan I received here was not appropriate for my needs and I am paying for it now. I had otherwise healthy teeth that quickly deteriorated due to poor execution of veneers. My procedure was rushed and had to be redone to achieve even minimally-acceptable results. I was not advised of an existing dental issue that should have been taken into consideration before performing the procedure. THIS OFFICE IS ONLY OUT TO PAD THEIR WALLETS AT THEIR PATIENTS EXPENSE! Since having my veneers done I have had to have a root canal on one of the teeth, and was told I will soon need a root canal on the other. Additionally, the front office staff has no experience working with insurance billing and is not forthcoming with expenses when quoting. If they say they have checked with your insurance and the procedure is covered, there is a good possibility they are lying to get you to agree to the procedure and you will receive a bill from them later. Again, anything to seal the deal and make a buck. If providing this review helps even one other person, a small victory has been won. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. I wouldnt trust them to clean a dogs teeth.

My visit on abstraction day was devastating. I was not prepared for it at all. Ive had nothing but problems every since I got my dentures, from the immediate dentures to the perminate ones. Eight months later and I still cant eat with them... The bottom dentures fit horribly They cut the inside of my lip and at times I feel like theyre going to fall out at any time... When I was being fitted with the wax model I thought everything would be fine in the end, but now Im just tired of going back and forth to the dentist. I cant deal with the attitudes anymore. They act as if Ive done something wrong every time I go back for an adjustment. I WILL NOT recommend ASPEN DENTAL to anyone..

I had 2 different procedures done. Pulled and filling with cap.. I later severe pain. On 3rd day I couldnt stand it. I stopped in. They took me right back. Assistant and Dr came back see me. Healing was ok but pain out of control that I was sweating off my face. Dr discussed pain meds used and it wasnt helping. I told him what pain med did work for me. He gave me prescription antibiotic in case infection and the pain med that worked. After couple doses pain tolerable and I had control again. Although I cant take normal pain med,Dr listened and I am on way healing and pain is managed. Thank you to Dr and staff.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Kurt LOSIER at Aspen. I was told that I had many cavities, which I had not had one in my life prior to seeing him. When they were filled I had a couple of them fall out. I had to go back multiple times to have the fillings corrected. I eventually went to a local noncommercial dentist and had the work corrected. Unfortunately many of the fillings we made too deep and now catch food, or they were made with contacts that were too tight or too big. The office did try correct it and reduced the cost to me. But Id rather have paid more and had it done better.

I came to Aspen with many dentistry needs....had two very excellent experiences with Dr. LOSIER AND Dr. DASAI. THE OFFICE HELP WAS VERY GOOD. I left Aspen Dental in Kokomo becaise I felt.that my.last two experiences were unsatisfactory. The work performed.by Dr. MURRAY was subpar. I felt his chairside mannor to be insensitive. I actually had pain for many weeks after being fitted with my partial. On my last visit to this office I felt he said a very inappropriate thing to me. I have since left this office and.have had a great experience at the Marion office.

This is one star too many. Dr Murray has a problem with woman. I had my teeth removed first. New dentures. Had to get cut open three times with one getting infection. Then pulled part of tool out of my jaw. My wife had hers done. The uppers are shifted not lined up right. Cant wear bottoms. Shifted off set too big. Tried taking over bite away knowing the jaw has to be broken to accomplish this. Her mouth is all messes up. Offered 800.00 back like she cann get new teeth for that. Now saying go to another aspen it happens alot. Wtf.

I like it because they offer appts later on certain days & on Saturdays which helps accommodate my husbands work schedule. But...recently I had an appt at 9:15am on a Wed. I waited 30 mins in lobby before being taken back. The tech had polished my teeth & excused herself to go take care of a new patient. She did have the dentist come & take a look at my teeth while she was tending to someone else, but I sat there a good 20 mins unattended in the chair. Had I needed to be somewhere this may have been a bigger problem than it was.

I went to Aspen Dental Yesterday to have tooth checked. My appointment was at 12:45. I waited 45 minutes then went to desk and asked how much longer she had no answer so I waited 20 more minutes. After I went back to see dentist every thing went fine and timely .I noticed a lot of customers had to wait has long as I did and not very happy.
