Awful! I went to the dentist to have a crown put on. Prior to the procedure and while sitting in the dental chair, I could hear the conversation between one of the dental hygienist and the student hygienist who worked with me. I could overhear the veteran hygienist telling the student hygienist that she was going to help her clean the laboratory room, because when the student cleaned the room she still left it junky. Well, this didnt help my nerves to begin with. During the procedure, the student dental hygienist was filing my crown down and dropped the crown on the floor. I told her that I didnt want the crown put in my mouth. She informed me that they would have to make another one or they could sterilize the tooth in their autoclave. I informed her that I didnt want the crown placed back into my mouth and that I didnt mind waiting on a new crown to be made. As, I waited in the dentist chair one of the supervisors who handles the finances came into the room and was very rude. When I explained to her that I didnt want the crown that had fallen on the floor back into my mouth, she had the nerve to ask why. She proceeded to talk down to me while there were clients in the office. And stated I was making a big deal out of the situation. After a few short breaths and calming down, I explained to her that I still didnt want the crown in my mouth, and that I didnt mind waiting. I was finally told that they would make another crown (they probably didnt) and to wait outside. During, the process no one said they were sorry for the incident or apologized. This was a sad situation considering that I had to take a day off from work. For me going to the dentist already brings a high level of anxiety, but the treatment I received at Montgomery Dentistry was worse than horrible. I will never go back to Montgomery Dentistry. This is sad because I’ve been a client of Dr. Robertsons for years and to receive this type of treatment is unacceptable.

This has been so far the absolute worse experience.I have done my dentist work with smile makers for the past few years. But was refered by my coworker that Montgomery Dentistry was friendly and affordable for the procedure I needed done.Although I was a first time patient the wait time was considerable long I was in the lobby for more than an hr without complaining I remained patient before I was called. My dental assistant was nice and friendly however due to her lack of communication or rather neglect to inquiry Im now being charged a $75.00 fee .I was left with no chose but to cancel my appt for a deep cleaning because it was not going to be insured. She assured me that the procedure was 80 % covered by my dental insurance but that was not the case at all.Infact had I not confirmed the day of the procedure with my previous dentist office at smile makers I wouldve been charged over $1,000 dollars without knowing.I explained this to receptionist who claimed she was the manager on duty. She was so rude and disrespectful and even further threaten that if I didnt pay the fee that my claim would be sent to collections agency right away.I tried to explain to her the miscommunication between both parties was no where near my fault but she was very much so unapologetic and careless to my complaint.I will never return or ever attempt to refer anyone I know to this establishment. All I wanted was I have good work done to enhance my smile but instead Im billed $75.00 for a bill thats not my fault.

I was recommended to this office by a friend. She still goes to the office. It is interesting that she still goes to the office because when I told her about some of my concerns, she said "that happened to me too." I have learned to be very careful who you accept recommendations from people in terms of doctors and dentists, not everyone has the same expectation of care. Anyway, after years of going to this office I had some work done. Before the work was done, the lady who collects the money was very harsh with me--she treated me like I had not been a patient for years. After the work was done to my DISsatisfaction, another lady who collects money in the office was also very harsh with me. The primary concern of this office is money. They never cared that the dental work was not correct or that I was dissatisfied. I am now leery of dentists and, though I need what Montgomery Dentistry did for my teeth to be corrected, I am afraid to have another dentist do any work on me. My recommendation is to follow your gut: if a dentist is too busy to know your name, know your dental history, or do the prep work for major dental work then RUN and dont let them do it because you will pay (emotionally and financially). Emotionally, because you will no longer trust dentists and financially because you will have to pay another dentist FULL (not insurance covered) amount to correct the work.

Where to begin? We became patients of Dr Anderson in 2009 from a recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed in the least. We travel from Union Springs and the friendly staff and highest level of professionalism cannot be measured in a "5 star" summary. I have personally ALWAYS been terrified of the dentist from a horrible experience as a child. On the new patient paperwork they go the extra mile to find out your fears and concerns so you are completely at ease. From the friendly(understanding) smile at the receptionist desk to the hygienist asking if you need a cozy blanket during a cleaning/exam my fears were quickly eased. We have a vivacious 4 year old who is equally as scared of doctors & dentists due to his 1st experience at a "pediatric clinic". We(all 3 of us) left in years and the dentist made us feel like terrible parents. We contacted Dr Anderson at Montgomery Dentistry and once again they came through for us. We left with the confidence of knowing we were giving our child the very best dental care and our child was in love with the staff and all dental equipment. I could go on & on with TRUE stories. Thank you Dr Anderson & Staff, the Howard Family truly appreciate you.

Where to begin….I am in my mid-40’s and have a fear of dentist for all of my life. At one time when I had to go to the dentist a friend of mine would make me appointment and not tell me where we were going. I still to this day, cry. However, the amazing staffs at Montgomery Dentistry are very understanding, and hold my hand a lot of the time. Because I have been so terrified of dentist I am now facing the problem of losing a lot of my teeth. The staff and Dr. Robertson took time and went over details and procedures for me to keep a lot of my teeth that I thought I would have to lose. This was my third option from different dentist, after speaking with them; we started that day working on my teeth. And to be honest they were more affordable than the other places. Instead of crying over losing my teeth I cried with joy of keeping them. Do not get me wrong I will be spending time there, but they keep me calm and will make sure that I FEEL NO PAIN!!!
