I have been a patient at Keystone Family Dental for several years now and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else!! Dr. Robbins and his entire staff are some of the kindest and most sincere individuals I have ever encountered at a physicians office. They treat you like theyve known you all their lives as soon as you walk in the door! It is very refreshing to feel like an actual person and not just another patient number! In addition to the entire staff being very friendly, I have always received excellent service from Dr. Robbins and his hygienists. He takes time to explain everything very thoroughly and answer all of my silly questions. I never feel like he is in a rush to get me in and out of there so he can move on to the next patient. I have never really experienced tooth pain and was typically just going in to his office every 6 months for a cleaning; however, back in June I woke up in terrible pain and Keystone Family Dental literally got me in within the hour of me calling!!! Talk about AMAZING customer service! He walked me all through my situation of what was causing the pain and the next steps that would be needed. Did I mention I had this pain the WEEK before my wedding? Dr. Robbins contacted two endodontists to see who could get me in first and explained my situation to them to expedite the process. It was just another way that Dr. Robbins and his office go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their patients. I recommend them to every person I know! I cant say enough great things! My first and only experience with Keystone Family Dentistry was displeasing. If you intend to actually have your teeth cleaned, I suggest looking elsewhere. Dr. Jack spent maybe two minutes with me, and only removed plaque build up from my lower front teeth. No time was spent cleaning the upper teeth, or any of the teeth in the back of my mouth. The hygienist that did the flossing and polishing was rough. Too rough. She managed to make a large mess, and was very clumsy in her work. The most positive part of my visit was the cute x-ray tech. She was polite and attractive, and careful in her work. However, she spent about 20 minutes performing her x-rays, which seemed a bit excessive. After my visit, which was covered %100 by my insurance provider, I received multiple bills from Keystone Family Dentistry for the difference in the pre-negotiated balance. I politely reminded them that I was not responsible for this amount, and if there was a problem, they should contact my insurance provider. They billed me three more times, and then called me during work. Overall, I had a poor experience here, and will not be returning.

Funny story I carry my wife on my dental insurance we both went the same day and had our teeth cleaned and they found cavities in both our mouths now this was back in April...they said they would call call us each to give us a quote because I was interested in a bridge also it is now July my wife received her called and had her fillings done they called me once about a quote for a bridge I told her the price was a little out of my range at the time she said she would check the price for a crown and call me back...Here we are July no quote for a fill in or crown on even a call back needless to say I wont be returning.

Dr. Robbins and the entire staff are wonderful! The receptionists always remember my children and me and have such a friendly greeting when we arrive. They have been so kind and helpful with getting me the services I need while still being affordable, since I dont have insurance. They always fit me into their schedule and even got me a last minute appointment the day I called, when I was experiencing pain from a cavity. Dr. Robbins and his assistants do a great job and never keep us waiting. Their exam rooms all have tvs, which my kids find especially cool. We will definitely continue to go back.

First time here and I loved my experience! Dr. Robbins was very gental with my cleaning. And everyone on staff was great with my three year old. They have cartoons for her to watch while shes getting her teeth worked on and a little box of prizes for her to pick out of. This is really great for a parent of a younger child because she usually is scared to go to the dentist, but shes excited to go back!

I have been going here for awhile. Well I started having issues when this office was closed. I went to a 24he dentist and they caused me all sorts of issues.... A couple days ago I jade it to keystone a half hour before they closed and they stayed after closing to take care of what needed to be done.
