This location needs corporate help. Limited tech hours makes for poor customer satisfaction. Employees didnt notice that only one lens was treated for scratch resistance so after 2 weeks I went back for warranty replacement (1st problem). It took them 3 extra days to receive new lens and I didnt receive a call to go in during the week. Now I have to drop off my glasses on a weekday due to their limited lab tech hours who is off on weekends and I cannot get what would be a 1 hour repair done and then have go back a third time. Its a total inconvenience. I even offered to pick up the lens & take to a different location but the person on the phone said there would be additional charges for their mistake.

Very poor quality frames (made in...) and way too pricey. Frame I purchased was damaged and they ordered a replacement which took two weeks and what they got was a different model. Again ordered a replacement which took another two weeks....and this time the shade was lighter though they claimed to be the same. The guy was rude and does not know how to talk to ppl...esp when somebody had to wait for a month to get a frame. I ordered two frames for my wife and son from another optical store and quality was way way better. Will never go to this place again.

The people who help you with contacts, glasses, and payment are all very friendly. When they order contacts they arrive in a few days, which is great. However, I just had an eye exam with the new doctor and am not pleased. He was not very friendly; the exam was very brief and he didnt do many things the previous doctor did. He also tried to get me to change contacts despite the fact that the ones I use are the only ones that dont hurt my eyes.

The location has the best selection of glasses of any other PV. You would think they have the same inventory, but not true. Ive been a customer here for a long time and the staff + selection here is unbeatable! I highly recommend this Pearle Vision store.
