Always a wonderful experience! The care given by the Staff is extraordinary! From the 1st visit, you can see that they genuinely care for each & every animal as if they were their own. They truly understand that for most people, their animal isnt just a pet... but a member of their family! Ive had my cat for almost 11 years now, & hed had ongoing dental issues for years - It wasnt until Id found Bartram Animal Hospital & met w/Dr. Akande, that I finally found out that itd been an auto-immune disorder all along, and not just diet/age as Id previously been told. Additionally, the disorder had been affecting his health & well-being for years. Sadly my cat had endured more than hed had to; because I hadnt known... as the reqd routine treatment is minimal by comparison. Im so thankful for the Staff @ Bartram, my cat has improved greatly since becoming a patient there, & today his whole attitudes different - Hes both Healthy & Happy! If youre wondering, Bartrams not only affordable, but also accepts pet wellness/discount plans. I highly recommend this facility to anyone - if youre looking for routine care, or searching for a knowledgeable Vet (who will spend the time necessary to find the answer) I believe this facility offers the very best care possible! Lastly, if it helps to validate the above review - Ive moved since first establishing my cat as a patient there & now live roughly an hour or so away from Bartram Animal Hospital, and happily make the drive when needed!

After reading so many negative reviews, I was shocked that this was the same vet that I have used for several years. Dr. A. and his staff cared incredibly well for my Rottweiler for many years, including at the end of her life. They were kind, compassionate and very knowledgable. The prices were very reasonable (exactly what we paid in Tennessee) and I knew going in what things were going to cost, so no surprise. But I also found Dr. A. to be very, very on top of my dogs condition and ailments. She was 13 and going downhill and he was right there with us, helping us to understand what was happening to Morgan and what was going to happen next. And at the end, he helped us make the decision by giving us facts. And he and his staff were just as impacted as we were when the time came to put her down. They prepared us, prepared her and grieved with us. Excellent vet, excellent staff. Organized, efficient (often fitting us in for a same-day appointment) and follow-up was incredible. I highly recommend Bartram Park Animal Hospital. I trusted my beloved dog to them and will do again.

I highly recommend Dr. Akande at Bartram Park Animal Hospital. We have been to two other vets around the Jacksonville area. Bartram Park is hands-down our favorite!!! Dr. Akande is the nicest man and a wonderful, knowledgeable vet! We have visited him for well checks as well as when we have had emergencies with our 7 year old cockapoo. He is so calming to both his furry patients and their owners. : ) His staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well. Bartram Park Animal Hospital is very clean and also very reasonably priced when it comes to their services. We will always use this vet!

This is the best vet in town. I took my dog to more than 5 other vets multiple times and they were unable to figure out his skin condition. On the first visit the vet was able to diagnose and treat. My dog Roland is now happy and healthy for the first time in 2 years. He has more energy than ever before. My dog also has aggression issues, the staff was more than accommodating to help keep him isolated so I did not have to worry about him

Bartram Park Animal Hospital is great. Dr. Akande is very gentle with my dog. Hes very knowledgeable. The office is always so fresh and clean. It is difficult to keep a fresh smell in a clinic that treats animals. They tend to smell like animals. Not Bartram Park Animal Hospital. Also, after each visit we always receive a call to follow up with us to see how our dog is doing or responding to the medication. Love it. Highly recommend.

We bring all of our pets to the office. The staff is incredibly kind, and helpful, and theyre quick too! They answer all of our questions, resolve any issues, and monitor our pets during any medication changes with follow calls. If your pet needs to stay for their exam, theyre so kind and sweet. And the office manager is fantastic! She has a wonderful memory, and cares greatly about your animals! We love coming to their office.

Went to have the doctor look at my dogs back legs and spine, they recommended acupuncture which was a good idea. A little while later he had a seizure and had to cross the rainbow bridge, the staff and the doctor were very helpful and supportive. We received a sympathy card and so much love. We really appreciate your support in our time of grief. Would highly recommend to anyone who really cares about their animals.

Dr Ayo and his staff took excellent care of my kitty when it got sick and we didnt know what was wrong. They made sure kitty received the best care and paid attention to everything that was going on with him. Even lent me a carrier! They ran all the tests necessary and always kept me informed of pricing. Kitty recovered and is back to his normal rascal self. Could not have asked for better care. Thank you!

Just got done getting my dogs annual check up. The office is nice, clean and they always have treats for your pup. The Veterinary Technician was able to save me over $130.00 on the shots for my dog! She was super helpful and nice. The Veterinarian did an outstanding job making the visit quick and painless. We were in and out of there in just about 30min. Thank you Bartram Park Animal Hosbital!

I was very happy with the service at Bartram Park for my dogs dental cleaning. I got the reduce rate thru petzoogle which made it possible for me to do. They took good care of her & kept her thru the day to do lab work & allow her to come out of anesthesia. It worked perfectly as I was able to go to jax for the day so timing really good. I felt she was in good hands while I was away.

I have taken my dog here since he was a puppy over the past three years. They have always treated Teddy and myself very well, the staff is helpful and Dr Akande is very easy to work with. Prices are higher than what you might find at a low-cost community vet but the service and facilities are great. I have had only positive experiences during my time at Bartram Park Animal Hospital.

I went there last for an emergency in which my fur baby ended up passing away. They were very nice in the facility, however I still keep getting notifications that my dog needs her annual check ups as well as other miscellaneous emails despite requesting multiple times to be removed from their list. I dont need to keep getting reminders of a very traumatic and heartbreaking time.

If you are looking for a Vet you need to go no further than Bartram Park Animal Hospital and Dr. A. and staff. We have had numerous needs to contact them on a regular basis for our 14 year old Mishka. The responses are immediate and we appreciate it. Never have we come across a more concerned and professional group. We strongly recommend them.
