I read the reviews before visiting last weekend (I had a Saturday appointment) and was worried what my experience would be like. When I arrived for my drug screening, there were about 2 or 3 people ahead of me and only 1 receptionist and 1 technician working. I had a 9:30am appointment and got there around 9:20am. It took me about 3 minutes to fill out paperwork and I got back there to do my drug test in about 10 minutes. I was back there for about 5 minutes and then I was done. Both the receptionist and technician were professional and courteous, with me and the other patients waiting. Everyone seemed to be done with their visit quickly and without hassle, so I dont know why there are so many bad reviews and no good ones. I hope this helps! (And no, I dont work for this company and wasnt asked to leave a review, I just felt I should let others know that I actually had a very positive experience.)

I had a lab order for a fasting blood and urine sample for my hypertension doctor. I was the first (and only) one in the door when they opened. I was the only "patient" there the whole time I was there. The parking lot and waiting area were empty except for me. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked for my lab order back, and the receptionist asked "Did we do something wrong?" I said that it had been 20 minutes and I was tired of waiting. (Still no coffee at this point...) She actually chuckled and said," Well you certainly dont want to come here!" I replied, "Ill keep that in mind." took my lab order and left. If they cant even take a blood and urine sample in less than 20 minutes, when Im the only customer there, I cant imagine how they would treat you when they were actually busy. Thoroughly unprofessional with no business sense or concern for their customers time. What a joke. Will never go back.

The Doctors here are a bunch of Buffoons. Ive been there twice. The first time there, I was sent from there to get an MRI. I had a torn Bicep. The doctor there told me I could just do Physical Therapy. Wrong! I needed surgery & he questioned a well known Orthopedic surgeon diagnosis. The Second time I was there, the same doctor kept asking me why "I" think that my knee hurts. Really?! That is his job! The reception staff isnt any better. I was told to return the following week on a certain day. When I showed up, I wasnt on the schedule. She looked at it further and noticed that they had me scheduled the following day for 9:30am as well as 10:00am. I would not suggest this particular location to anyone.

Ok ok so i know better than to come at the last working hour. They tried every excuse to get me to come back tomorrow until my boss called them and asked if they could process me through. I offered the take the two receptionist (who were only processing paper work) some steak dinners or just my apologies for making them stay 50mins after wards....however it was still like pulling teeth. Gives these two receptionist a talk or something. The nurses were cool though

The staff as a whole is horrible. Every single person was rude and at some points disrespectful. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if possible. The only reason I go here is because this is where my work tells me I have to go. I was appalled at the way the nurses spoke to me as well as other people. Its amazing how many reviews the same thing Im saying. There is obviously a problem with the staff that needs to be addressed.

Uh. I made an appointment for 3:30pm to have a pre-employment physical, drug test, and TB test. I got here at 2:55pm; it is now 4:34pm and Im JUST now leaving. They werent very friendly. The way the drug test was done seemed very unsanitary to me. I wish I wouldve just paid for a physical given by MY PRIMARY CARE physician. My advice: Go somewhere else.

Why make an appt if just to be rudely told appts dont matter and then made to wait over an hour for a 2 minute drig test? This place is the worst. Rude nurses, horrible policies, if my job didnt require me to be here Id have told the nurse off and walked out. Run, stay away if at all possible. Extremely rude!

Came here with a friend they act like they cant even help you. Weve been sitting here for hours and shes in pain with no help. We ended up leaving and just going to the ER where we were able to receive the care that she needed. I would not come here or recommend anyone to come to this facility.

Terrible service. Came here for a drug test, couldnt even check in because the receptionist told me to wait and shut the window in my face. Then later started taking people that came in before me. Im writing this as I sit in the lobby and wait. Horrible HORRIBLE service. Very rude.

Slow. The parking lot was nearly empty and only one person was in the waiting room when I showed up for a simple drug test. Ive left a sample at other places in the past and it was always a quick in and out. Here, it took about 35 minutes. The employees were friendly enough.

SELF SUFFICIENT

I hated the service, the receptionist literally ignore 4 people standing in line while she sat on the phone gossiping with whomever was on the other end. Im certain it wasnt a business call soooo unprofessional i hope i never have to visit them again.

Absolutely horrible service. I went to have a simple urine drug screen; it took 1.5 hours to call me back. The staff were rude and unprofessional; they clearly did not want to be bothered. If you can go somewhere else.......please do!!

I dropped in for 1 x-ray. Just came from my physical so nothing else needed to be done. After waiting just over an HOUR, I was told I was "next"....6 more people went ahead of me. Another 35 minutes later I was called back.

Abysmal front desk staff. Rude in person and will not answer the phone. My entire experience both times revealed how disorganized and apathetic the staff is. However, the nurses are quite good and personable.

Waiting game! Shouldnt have to wait over 30 min for a drug test. Girlfriend had a drug test at a different company and it took longer to do the actual drug test then sit and wait in the waiting room.
