I have had nothing but good experiences with this clinic. The call center is clearly having a lot of communication issues, probably due to the volume of calls mixed with the fact that people have no patience for someone who is in training, or simple error on behalf of a being allowed to be a human who makes mistakes from time to time. I have received excellent care and would recommend my care provider to anyone who wants to be seen by a Dr who doesnt get paid a lot but cares about their patients. I appreciate the location options and am impressed with the ability to be seen so quickly upon immediate need. Thanks Heritage Health in Post Falls for the awesome service!

The worst public relations I have ever encountered. Talking to the receptionist almost sent me to the ward. They are ass backwards. Mean and do not know when a pharmacy is calling and when a real person calls.they talk down to you like you are beneath them and get a big fat 0 RATING. Brook the receptionist was such a horrible human being today , shame on her.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! this is what we call a doc in the box the fast food of the doctors industry! First it was an hour and a half wait, then the medication they gave me makes me sick its been two weeks since I first called and I call every other day and they still havent called me back to change my medication!! This place is a joke!
