I am a patient 37yrs old Im currently here because I have an infection in my last abdominal hernia surgery plus I have Cancer (CML) degenerative disc disorder , osteoporosis in my spine, I take chemotherapy every 12hrs that causes me joint and muscle pain. Most of the time CNAs never respond to the call light I have to get up and call the nurse my self I can just imagine what the older ppl go threw every day. You cant get pain medication before time but you never get it on time either, once I call the nurse it takes them another 30min to 1hr to apply wile I am in a 10-10 pain. 12/21/14 : Today my bed got stuck in the sitting position and no grave shift maintenance personnel so nurse cant do anything he ask me to wait until the next morning. The grave shift nurse today was the worst I have ever have this guy seemed to be new or dont know what he is doing, he took for ever to bring my medications. All the time he would Forget something.

I fell at home and broke my left hip and ankle, came here for rehab and the place is a joke, call lights never get answered and upon entering the front door the smell of urine and feces slaps you in the face, can never get any help getting out of bed or assistance to the bathroom, as for medication, the only time I have ever received my pain meds on time was when the LPN Karen worked Sundays doubles shifts she is the best, nightshift cnas and nurses I have observed sleeping at the nurses station and various other places, when I reported it to the charge nurse I was told if I see it again to take a picture of it, Im sorry I dont work here and am here for pt and ot not to police the staff, of which do not care about you just about getting paid.

This is an extremely unprofessional ran facility! As well they are mostly uneducated (LPNS - CNAS and NURSES). The , LPNS Only have one year of education and are very young. As far as medications go, the LPNS dont really know what most medications are for and are really just passing out medications.. They also treat people that are older and most people of them with no respect. The CNAS walk all over there older patients. Your post to see a doctor within , 24 to 72 hours and its going on a week and still know doctor. Please if you care about your loved ones. Do not! I repeat , Do Not! Send them to (SILVER HILLS) You will regret it and they might even get worse.

My Mom was at facility for only one week, thank God! She is 88 years young, has all her wits about her, probably smarter than most people half her age. She was there for GI bleed. She fell in bathroom, not ONE PERSON came to her assistance!! Not only that, she was never examined after she fell, no xrays either. Staff was too busy in hallway, chatting, etc instead of caring for patients. She said she was left in soiled bed, and clothing for hours. Unacceptable!! Would not recommend! However, Claire and Morgan are incredible, and I thank them for taking such good care of my Mom.

My mom is taken care of very well here ,. And they welcome me anytime I need them ...special thanks to care giver juan...for making my mom fell relaxed and safe in your care .....visiting nurse marty ( Martha ) is the best , most caring, and wonderful person you could be blessed to know...as is her husband.. and even though there are a few not so nice , employees ( easy to spot ,you can see it in there faces )... angels and helpers abound here though and thats why I love it.....

They are taking good care of my mother. She came in terrible shape unable to hardly move. One month later she is doing much better and they feel she will still be improving. I cant thank Silver Hills enough for the good care my mom is receiving.

I think they have more patients that they can handle. The night shift employees are so noisy at night, I could hardly sleep due to their chatting & stories. Not a place for rehab where you need peace & quiet to recuperate.

They are taking good care of my grandmother while she rehabs her fractured &dislocated shoulder so she can come home asap to her dogs and loved ones!

Worst patient care ever. Had to call phone operator to get help and get a nurse. Very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
