Terrible experience! I have been a Kaiser member for years and this is the first time I Had such a negative reaction. Im from out of town and went to the facility to get the bandage on a leg wound changed. Well they didnt have any bandages so they couldnt Do anything to help me. The best they could do was to submit a referral for me at a Palm Springs address for an appointment but I was told they would call me to give me and let me know when I could come in. Still have not been contacted. Should you wish to contact me for further information feel free.
