I came here for a sleep study. First visit was ok, staff does not really greet you and obviously dont care because they talk alot to each other instead of clients. The lady that took me to the back was not very personal either. I assumed she had a bad day and left it at that. The night of sleep study i walk in and the night staff is having full conversation and didnt greet me or anything. Once one was finally done with what they had to say she asked my name. I got taken back and setup along as other people. One of the other clients played his TV super loud. I could not sleep till like 1 AM. The sleep lady came in and claimed i slept four hours and put a mask on me. I did not sleep at all really after that because mask was so weird. Bed was like soft prison bed. Sheets were even less desirable along with pillow. Ive been to 10 sleep clinics since high school and this was the worst.

I love Dr Ho and have been going to her for years. She is personable and cares about her patients. However, she left this practice about 6 months ago and I cannot find her now. Healthcare Partners will not tell her patients where she has moved. They also have changed the practice drastically. They no longer take your blood in the office you have to go to another location. Why would I go to a hemotologist who cannot take a blood sample? This practice has really gone down hill since acquired by Healthcare Partners.

HORRIBLE. Dr. Huang in my opinion has no clue what hes doing. HIS MA who gave me a TB test definitely doesnt since she stuck the needle through my arm and out the other side like a piercing. Im in nursing school. I know thats not right and when I said something to her she said "well I DID THE BEST I CAN"well you didnt do it right. She did it so horrible that they were unable to count it. SAVE YOURSELF. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY.

The absolute worst! Never the same doctor! Wont respond to patient requests, simply just ignores patient requests for referrals. Awful- do not go there! Calling my insurance to change my provider right now!
