Saw Dr. Cook. I have never had a doctor with such little regard for my health concerns. Many symptoms I gave her were overlooked. I asked several follow-up questions and new symptoms were reported on "My Chart". She never responded to any of them. She didnt even know what one of my very common medication was. She asked me, " What is *****?" She also copied and pasted cholesterol results on All my lab results. If you want a good doctor- KEEP LOOKING!

I just love this place. They know most people by name and are always courteous. Nothing like the big herd em in herd em out places like P*tient 1st... They call you back when they say they will call you back. They follow up. They get you in quickly and never make you wait. They dont triple book their doctors like most other places do. Like I said.. Down home small town country cozy service.
