I was a patient for about 5 years .. We saw the office get renovated and they really did a good job with their facility but the staff stayed the same . TERRIBLE. They are unfriendly , take forever to call you back, and their front desk staff should be trained better. I had some billing issues with them . Which I called about 4 times because gettin a call back ... We got statements , then went to our appointments , asked about the balance and the front desk said that no balance just our co pay for the visit. This happened at least 3 times ... Then they sent the account to COLLECTIONS ! This is something from 2015-- keep in mind my entire family has kept going for the following two years and no one mentioned anything . I call two years later Their billing lady because my credit score went down because this company sent me collections ! The billing lady says that we shouldve know because we received statements ...even though we asked their front desk staff multiple times at our visits ... Aside from that their wait time is ridiculous .. If youre 15 minutes late to your appointment there is a late charge but if you get to your appointment on time expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes in the room for the doctor to come in . My PCP was Dr Jimenez for all these years and I knew how long I had to wait .. Incredible that his staff doesnt already know this seeing how hes never running on time . On my last appointment I waiting for 45 minutes ! And then I had to leave ... There were 4 other people that had been waiting before me for their appointments so imagine how much longer it wouldve taken for him to actually see me . I even called an hour prior to let them know I was able to come early and no one even mentioned how late he was running . Ive also worked and managed in the medical and dental field for many years and I know how practices should be ran . I know how an office should be managed . The staff needs better training . The staff shouldve called each patient to inform them they are running late so that the patients are not sitting there wasting their time or missing work because of their lack of attention to the schedule .

Plundering money from patients who go for Immigration physical. Based on the online review we went to do immigration physical. we paid over $800 to get two reports done. Particularly there is an asian nurse who is desperate to tell that something is wrong with the lab results and asked us to do a lot of follow up lab work. One of the thing is that the lady told that my husband might be exposed to TB even though he was doing well and as expected his follow up x-ray results came back negative. There was always confusion about administereing me with MMR vaccine even when my lab work came back with 2 out of 3 positive antibodies. The receptionist was very rude and her intention was to get money from us. Please always advice you to ask before you agree to do any tests they recommend. I will never recomend this place.

Dont go here for an immigration medical! I was pregnant first time round so couldnt have some tests but they charged us for the full medical anyway. They never gave us blood test results even though my husband continually phoned. They insisted I had to have a pregnancy test before a vaccine was given, even though I insisted I wasnt pregnant as my baby was only 2 months old! AND they charged an extra $45 for the test which would cost $5 at any pharmacy! They didnt offer a blood test to test for TB even though I have had the BCG vaccine which would cause a reaction to the skin test, requiring me to take an X-ray - even though the blood test is a CDC recommendation for immunised patients! Each visit incurred an extra $30 admin charge. If I had known how bad they were I would never have gone here!

I first went in originally using their Urgent Outpatient weekend services. It appeared to be busy but within 10 minutes I was called back to a room. I had seen their P.A. Ms. Strobel. She was very professional & compassionate She made sure I understand everything about my Diagnosis. I liked her so much nvery much that I decided to keep her as my primary care doctor. I highly recommend this Urgent / Primary care Medical office to anyone needing urgent care or a Primarily care.Doctor. I was impressed with the service from the moment I walked into the office being greeted. Their hours are wonderful. Open 7 days a week Which is great because you never know when something might happen when you may be sick. A+++

The billing office did not give a chance for my health insurance to process the claim and sent me a premature statement. I was billed the full price of service! I was only 1-2 weeks past the day of service. I contacted the billing and left a message twice. The call was not returned. The claim went through insurance. Before processing the check from insurance, they sent me a threatening letter about turning over the bill to collection. It had not even been a month after the date of service!!! I did not have any prior balance. Moreover, the front desk lady was more than rude on the phone. Thankfully, the insurance representative assisted with resolving the issue.

I had the first appointment in the morning and arrived a few minutes late. There was no wait time at all. A medical assistant immediately came and led me inside, started going through all the checking process. This particular staff was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very efficient. Then, I was seen by Dr. Raval who was very approachable, and answered all my questions. The place to me is clean, spacious, and relaxing. I have had horrible experiences at some urgent care before. At least, on this particular date and time, I had the VIP experience at Medical Access on Middlebrook Road in Germantown. Keep up with the excellent service. The people deserve it.

Worst experience with a doctors office. They had billed our insurance improperly so insurance declined it. They didnt tell us we had a balance due until 11 months later and we worked things out with the insurance company and told them to resubmit the right way. Of course they waited on that and after a year the insurance wouldnt pay so they sent it out for collections instead of letting us know. Then we go and pay the bill which we should not have had to do and they promised they would contact the debt collector and of course that didnt happen. This place is awful. Stay away!

I went the day after Christmas and although there were about 10 people ahead of me in line it still went fairly quickly. The doctor was nice and she got me on a nebulizer quickly and then to a chest x-ray and I was diagnosed with pneumonia. They sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy and they were ready for pick up when I got there. They also followed up with me on the phone a couple days later to confirm my results after they were sent to the lab and to check on how I was doing with the medication. I will be going back for any future illnesses.
