Horrible experience!!!!!! I called two different days trying to make an appointment and was told I had to come in during walk in hours. I did not want to do a walk in appointment and voiced that over the phone but was told it HAD to be a walk in. I gave in and walked in, I sat for a hour and a half in the waiting room then was taken back and sat for another hour and a half in the examination room. I asked a nurse if she knew how long I would have to wait and she very rudely said "Its gonna be a really long time, appointments come first, so just relax". I clearly wont be back. The wait was bad, the staff made it that much worse.

Everyone is always so polite and willing to help. Dr. Sahli and Hillary Locklair (NP) are my go to doctors but the others I have seen have also been very nice. I rarely have a problem making an appointment and if there isnt one available, their 2x per day walk in hours and their evening hours make it so I am ALWAYS able to see a doctor the same day. I have been a patient for years and they are wonderful.

Ive been coming here forever. The only thing that makes me want to find somewhere else is the curt woman at the greeting desk. She wont even look you in the eyes when talking. I wish they had someone friendlier, as this really sets the tone for your visit.
