I would give this company less if I could. My husband and I went in to have his leg looked at after he suffered an injury on Sunday playing football. After waiting for an hour and a half because the secretary couldnt find the form that she needed- we were finally seen by the Doctor on call. The Doctor told my husband to keep his knee iced as it was bruising but that nothing else was wrong and therefore she would not conduct an Xray. Fast forward a couple of hours and my husbands pain was increasing by the minute. Today, he went to Patient First and had an Xray done with the suggestion of the Doctor and found out that he had broken some of his bones in his knee. We wasted so much time, effort and money at Righttime Medical Care- Next time we will be going straight to Patient First.

I had an accident transporting a sharpened katana due to a loose pet. While knowing not to catch a falling blade saved me from the hospital, and several fingers missing, I knew I had a deep but non-life threatening laceration and needed stitches. The staff kept me comfortable and the nurse practitioner did an amazing job on the stitches (although I passed out while she was numbing it like a wimp.) None the less her quick work, sound after care advice, and keeping it wrapped and clean has shown tremendous results! No infection, and the stitches are holding strong. I was able to drive myself home after taking a moment to calm down. Thank you all so much and Im sorry for having to bother you because of my carelessness.

I dont usually write reviews but I wanted to take time out and say what a pleasant experience Ive had here. My 16 month old daughter has gone here twice for treatment and both times were good experiences. Both times, the staff never kept us waiting, and were pleasant when we were attended to. If we did have to wait, we were acknowledged and given something to fill out while we wait. Both doctors we saw were very detailed and took great care of my daughter - even more so than her regular pediatrician! not to be negative or bash another facility, but I used to go to Doctor Express down the street, but since visiting here, I dont plan on going back there.

Im literally sitting here in the lobby watching 6 people go before me. The lady came out and took care of these people before me. They walk in and she took them in. I called the number at 8 pm for a 9 pm appointment. I got here at 8:40pm. The lady just called me up to the desk at 9:25pm after taking all those other people before me. Now Im standing her and they cant find my information. This is sickening. Racism and mismanagement at its finest. Im here for a wrist injury and this is what I get. I wont be back to this one. I went to Arundel Mills and I was in and out no problem. DONT COME HERE

They do not answer their phone. They answer it with a recording. Needed to ask a general question about an email I received from then. I spent 12 minutes on hold until someone answered. The woman was pleasant and assisted me and to what I thought answered my question and solved my problem but it did not. I was still not able to access my patient portal online. She was suppose to email me my unique password. She indeed emailed me something which was a link to the app to use on my mobile device. Im on hold again and have been for another 15 minutes. WOW is all I can say.

I have had three wonderful experiences with Righttime, and my husband has had one. Our two year old son had slight respiratory distress. We were seen immediately and he was treated in-house. Hubby took him back the next afternoon for a follow-up and they were in and out. Two more quick and painless experiences thanks to strep throat a month later. Righttime has become my go to place because of its convenience. Im able to put my "normal" children to bed and then get the sick one treatment. Moms of multiple children understand that hassle!

I went in three days ago due to my eye being irritated and completely red and almost swollen shut. The Dr told me to buy some Zyrtec or Claritin because it looked as if it were an allergic reaction. Long story short, my eye got worse. I trusted my guy and went to Patient First at Bayview John Hopkins, as they are always wonderful and where I shouldve gone in the first place, and they treated me for severe pink eye and prescribed me drops! I am highly disappointed in the misdiagnosis and my eye could have healed a few days ago!

I have had good experiences in the past at righttime. However, on 1/3/17 I went to the one on reisterstown and hooks lane in Pikesville. I felt horrible with a racking cough and a seering sore throat. The nurse practitioner was very dismissive. She said that it was just allergy. No meds, no tests, just not sick. On the 5th I saw my primary and was diagnosed with pertussis (whopping cough). A blood test confirmed the diagnosis. Im going to stick with MDs and not at righttime.

This location is great with the service that is provided yet does not seem to be knowledgeable about the online appointment system. I was told that appointments are not confirmed until client receives a call back from the call center. I made a 1100am appointment and at 119pm still no call back. The staff listens but takes no action to correct the problem. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to right time. lets see how long it takes for my insurance to be charged.

Went in to be seen for a cyst on my back. The front desk staff was very professional and the look of the building was 1st class. Dr Bork is another thing. I left confused when she said she was able to get it all out and it didnt feel like she did. After cleaning the tape up job Dr Bork did, it was still there. I would not recommend anyone see this doctor at Righttime. That destroyed my experience and I am still in pain and the problem is still here.

Worst excuse for medical attention I have experienced. My husband went this morning, and Dr. Everette gave him a RX for an antibiotic for strep even though his rapid strep test was negative. Hours later we were in the hospital emergency room where he was admitted for pneumonia and possible blood infection. Thank goodness we were sufficiently underwhelmed by this place to seek "real" medical advice.

Had one wheelchair, between two people with leg injuries, was told my husband sprained his ankle. Took him to doctor next day one ankle was broke and the other sprained. Ortho doctor dont know how they missed the break. Sad could have been a terrible medical if the Ortho doctor would not have re xrayed his ankle. This was a huge missed injury!

Been waiting for 2 hours. Watched everyone go in and be seen and we were here before any of them. I didnt know you could make an appointment but pushing us back is just wrong. The nice lady in the front apologized but I am very irritated at the way things are run here.

The worst experience and encounter with a dr. The doctor was slepping with her head on the desk. Her coat was filthy and she looked like she rolled out a bed. When asked if I should stay off my foot. Her response was I dont have a crystal ball. Never going back
