My dog needed stitches in her eye lid. When the Doctor came into the room he looked like he just finished a very long weekend of drinking. You know that your pets have good judgement of character and my dog barked at the doctor. That was her telling me that this man was NOT a good person. I should have took her out of there right then but her eye needed some medical attention. After the less than one minute of him looking my dog and deciding that she needed stiches in her eye lid he asked her if they were going to be frineds now and rubbed her on the side of her head where the cut was located making her yelp. Again I should have taken her out and went somewhere else. I eneded up leaving my dog there without signing any liability realease forms or ANYTHING! The only thing I signed was the check when paying for the procedure. I was told to come back at 3 oclock to get my dog and then it turned into 4:30 because the doctor had prior plans scheduled... Now they wany to remove 4 stitches in her eye lid without any sort of meds to calm her down or to lightly seditate her. They want me and two others to hold her down and remove the stitches!!! NO WAY! I told them no adn they said that it was protocol and she would be fine. I WILL NOT EVER take my dog back to the Cleveland Vet! There are some people in there that probably do care for your pets but they are "fly by night" and the doctor DOES NOT care about how your dog is feeling. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IS YOU CARE ABOUT HOW YOUR PET IS TREATED! I LOVE MY PET AND WILL NOT TAKE HER BACK! I DID RESCHEDULE THE STITCH REMOVAL WITH ANOTHER VET AND REFUSE TO LET THEM DO ANYTHING WITH MY DOG!

Disgusting my puppy is on the verge of death and because I have a limited income they refuse to work out a payment plan to help save my puppies life. Disgusting people they dont care about animals all they care about is money.
