Very polite staff. Doctor is on time, which is rare! Last doctor I saw for my issue told me that I had to grind the keloid in using my thumb. Dr. Treherne knew exactly how to treat it properly, after only one treatment its becoming as smooth and flat as the rest of my skin! Dr. Treherne was/is the perfect choice.

Dr. Treherne did nothing for me but prescribe medicine. No evaluation, no questions, nothing. Her office staff has no customer service skills or phone etiquette. Some training in those areas would definitely be useful.
