Where do I start? Well, it seems that Dr. Saini office cant keep an appointment. Ive taken off of work twice to been seen ( I have a very uncomfortable rash all down my back and shoulders) and I get phone calls back from them at the last minute that I cant be seen. Today I got a call at 4 oclock saying I need to reschedule. I made this appointment 5 weeks ago and they called me yesterday confirming it. When I called back I spoke to a woman named Kristi on the phone. She was polite at first saying she was sorry. When I started to state my displeasure and wanted to know how we were going to make this right she told me, and I quote, "Im sorry youre going to have to find another Dermatologist. We arent going to be able to help you anymore" If that is how its going to be I guess Dr. Saini has enough money and doesnt need mine or any of my friends and families. I will be telling everyone who needs a dermatologist to not visit Dr. Sainis office. As for you Dr. Saini, I think you need to re-evaluate the employees you keep. No patient should ever be told to go somewhere else. Thank you for the wasted time, money and sick leave!

Dr Sanjiv Saini himself and staff are great when you get there. Very professional and knowledgeable. The office in Edgewater is probably the worst run medical practice office that I have ever seen. I called at 11:00 AM this morning-Friday and no one answered. Yes- they have a half day but you could not even leave a message. This was not the first time- I have called several other times during hours and the message says that they are either at lunch or its after hours. Then you get-we are not accepting any messages at this time. Totally unacceptable....I can only give one star and hated it comes up-This is not true because the vists and Dr Saini are great but the office BS takes it to a one star rating-his other office is great and professional.

Everything from Start to Finish was wonderful! I took my father here for a 2nd opinion. All I can say is Im so glad we went. Everyone from the Front office to Dr Saini was Great and truly cared. My Father had a large cancerous area that needed to be removed on his face and you would never know unless it was pointed out. I would just like to Thank Everyone and let you know I have already sent more patients your way knowing they will also have a Positive experience.

I am sorry, I dont agree at all with the other reviewers. I have been seeing this practice for nearly 16 years. Excellent MD, PA and Staff. I have recommended more than a dozen friends and they are still going and happy. I wish ALL medical offices were this good. This whole staff go out of their way to help.

Dr. Saini is an excellent doctor and was very personable and knowledgeable.All the staff are very professional and kind.
