Very unhappy with my last few visits. Had two spots taken off, one of which continued to bleed for several hours causing me to return to be treated further. Ended up with a staff infection which took 2 rounds of antibiotics to clear up. Just had stitches pulled from one spot and another spot removed. The doctors played a guessing game on how much lidocaine to put into my arm and came to a number by what was in the computer already, rather than what was actually necessary. Did a terrible job stitching up my arm, I will need to see another doctor to get it fixed as I dont trust them after everything that went on with the previous treatment. They also had a casual conversation about weather or not there was epinephrine in the syringes on the counter (im allergic) They didnt use it but I found it very unprofessional to have that conversation in front of me. They are very friendly, but overall my experiences have caused me to find another dermatologist.

Went in for a rash, after 2 weeks a biopsy and blood test later, I had to hound the office to get the results. The staff couldnt return a phone call to the number left on a voice mail and you cant get a hold of a person by phone. I finally went in to find out the results but only was told I needed another biopsy with no explanation of my condition. I still dont know what the results of the 1st tests were as they were never given to me or mailed to me as promised. Would never go back

Dr. Pacheco gave me possibly the best doctor experience I have ever experienced. She took time to listen to what I had to say, and was very concerned, compassionate, and skilled in her diagnosis and treatment of an incurable skin disease. I wish all doctors displayed her empathy and expertise.
