I had a really great experience with Dr. Groleau but the office staff cant get it together. My insurance requires a preauthorization that my pharmacy sent over twice. In addition to them having my wrong insurance information on file (Ive only been here once so there is no chance of changed or outdated information,) its now two weeks later and Ive called every day and been promised a call back from Joyce, evidently the only person who does a preauthorization, four times and have yet to be contacted. I spoke with someone else this morning who rudely informed me the ever-elusive "Joyce wont be in until Thursday or Friday and might get to it then but truly this isnt our priority because there are other patients with cancer and so we work through them with attention to urgent needs." Im sorry that my condition isnt considered a priority but if I had been followed up with as promised a week ago, we would not be in a situation where priority needed to be considered. After waiting over 2 weeks for this office to get it together, Im just going somewhere else. It isnt worth your time, money, or struggle- especially if your condition IS urgent. Its a shame that such a great staff of doctors are supported by such a rude bunch of office folks.

Scheduled my first appointment for tomorrow after being unsuccessful with other providers in the area who are grossly overbooked. The office staff was courteous on the phone and very accommodating and knowledgeable on the process of transferring as a new patient. They took the time to provide me with all of the information I needed and I really appreciate that!

Worst office staff ever. The people who answer the phone are extremely rude and give wrong information and apparently dont pass information on to the nurse who is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. It just seems like things arent very organized, they are terrible at getting back to patient questions. Worst experience at a doctors office I have ever had.

My daughter (11) is terrified to come back to this office. The staff is unfriendly, the doctor who did her biopsy didnt bother to wait until her numbing shot took effect. He went right from doing the shot to taking the skin sample (which wasnt pleasant, I assure you) do yourself a favor and find a different dermatologist in the Lancaster area.

No elevator to 2nd floor and limited parking. However they have very pleasant staff.
