Over the years, Ive seen Dr. Wong for various skin/mole removals. He is a wonderful doctor who is calm, kind, thorough in his evaluation. Dr. Wong is very reassuring about his findings, the procedure, and any questions one may have.He is an excellent surgeon and one can hardly detect signs of stitching once the area has healed. Wait time has never been that long; one always expects some delay because doctors cant determine an exact time for individual diagnostic care. It is a small office, small staff. I have had no problems getting an appointment within the week I called, sometimes that very same day. The office is also close to home.

First, let me say that Dr. Wong is wonderful. Great bedside manner, knowledgeable, kind, and spends a great deal of time with his patients. Unfortunately the staff you choose to represent your office is the first impression your patients get. My experience with his staff has been horrible each and every time I have called and visited. I have been a patient there and so have three of my children for years. We will not be back. The rude and uncaring manner of his secretary has finally gotten to my last nerve. Im sorry for him and Im sorry I now have to find a new dermatologist because of a secretary.

Im not sure why patients are required to keep such diligent time schedules when setting doctors appointments because it seems that no matter what doctor I see the wait is around 45 minutes. What is the purpose of scheduling appointments if no one adheres to the schedule? I take issue with those who have no respect for my time.

I love Dr.Wong..A great dermatologist. Very friendly and great bedside manner. Never seems rushed and listens to what I have to say. Wait time is never long either and I can always get an appointment within a week of when I call. I once got an appt on the same day because I was very concerned about something going on.

This place CAN NOT give you doctors report because receptionist in front desk dont know how to type on keyboard. Unbelievable and absolutely ridiculous place. They need to fire her and give the job to good people whos willing to work instead of smoking in front of the office all day.

Good Doctor, office staff is not friendly or organized. Expect to wait over an hour to see doctor. Not worth it and I am finding a new dermatologist.
