Ive been going to Dr. Grosss practice for over 11 years. I was referred by one of my clients. I have a very rare and scarring skin condition. It is in the Eczema family but it is worse than Eczema. I have had this condition since I was a child. I have been seen by 7 different dermatologists who have burned and scared me on different parts of my body, on top of the terrible scars I already get from my condition. Dr. Gross was the ONLY dermatologist to tell me what it was and agreed with me about how the reactions started. So I knew he was positive about my diagnosis. The wait times are never an issue with me because, I am always satisfied with my service. I would rather a wait time than, he finally say he is not taking any new patients. My mom, son, and grandmother are patients of his. I also refer my clients to him. Dr. Gross and all his colleagues are excellent at their craft. When your skin looks great you feel so much better about yourself. You are not self conscious.

The doctor I saw wasnt interested in asking questions or the reason for my visit. I have struggled with dark marks all over my face, back and chest for years and I finally got insurance that month and I was so excited to finally see a dermatologist. After sitting in the waiting room 35 min after my appointment time I was finally called back. The doctor came into the room for 5 min and was more concern about me logging into their new website on my cell phone that they just redesigned than he was examining my skin. He barely looked at me and right before he wrote me a prescription for a medicated soap, two creams (one for night and one for day) and a foam cream for my back THAT BROKE MY SKIN OUT MORE and my my skin itchy, red, it smelled terrible and cost me $40. I will never recommend this place!!! The staff at check-in were all very friendly and sweet people.

This place is terrible. Especially Dr. Ashley. Cant think of the name. But i came in and had to wait an hour after they took me back to one of the patient rooms. I was there to receive fraxel treatment. I had to open the door to make them aware that i was still there. then she finally comes in and says ill bring someone in to numb you and it takes 30 minutes. Why in the hell was i not being numbed the hour that i was waiting in the office. Then she comes back 20 minutes later and says you know what i do not feel comfortable doing fraxel on people of color. Im like wtf my color did not change within the 2 hours that i have been waiting in the office. You should have told me when i walked in. Bad business practice do not do it.

I called to set an appointment and was scheduled right away due to the nature of my problem, which was minor chemical burns. I arrive at my appointment only to be told that I cant be seen because I owe money for a bill from 3 yrs prior. I questioned the receptionist but according to her, she couldnt give me any information on the account but i needed to pay her or I couldnt be seen. After asking to speak with the office manager, i was told to pay the bill and reschedule my appointment. No one just pays a bill without explanation of the charges. Dishonest billing practices!!!!!

First of all I see that there are a lot of negative comments on the wait time I would not recommend going on your lunch hour as they do get busy. But thats because they literally try to accommodate all patients. They got me in last minute and Dr. Gross and his staff were AWESOME they helped me out with my problem and knew the medicine I would need would cost me a lot of money so they just gave me the medicine to take home right then and there. A doctor who truly cares about his patients is hard to find and Dr.Gross is definitely one of the few.

First of all I know everyone complains about the wait but honestly its to be expected. If you work in a medical practice youd understand that in order to get quality its good to be thorough. The moment I met with the friendly Nurses and Physicians Assistant Lindsey I was assured that this practice offered quality care and they really connect with their patients. The staff is very polite and friendly, they go the extra mile to meet your needs and assure that you feel comfortable. Id recommend this practice to anyone, totally worth the wait.

I went here last year and was treated horribly! The doctor I saw didnt care that the vase didnt have what I needed for my face issues and when I called to ask for something else, they completely ignored me. I called nearly ten times before I went in and found out that NO ONE WAS GIVING THE DOCTOR MY MESSAGES!!!! Never go here! They dont care about their patients at all!!! Very disgusting and unprofessional the lot of them! If I could leave negative stars I would!

Terrible, terrible place .. waiting times are totally inexcusable, .. last time waited 1.5h in a patient room and nobody showed up, ... entire office looked at that time almost deserted (I guess we were probably the last patients that day)... no explanation and apologies whatsoever !!! Strongly suggest to avoid this place !!!

Never go there if you ask them something about your bill the next time you visit they are gone tell you to walk out or pay the money right away. The director of the place is very rude and does not have any professionalisum in them. I will never go there again.

I found Dr. Gross to be efficient and patient. He told me step by step the procedures he was going to do. I had no problem getting an appointment and really did not have a long wait. I am ready to set up another appointment with him.

Every appointment I end up waiting an hour or more for the doctor to come in the office, all for about 5 minutes with him. The receptionists are ill informed and give incorrect information often. Would never recommend.

Never actually saw the doctor. Was still waiting to be seen one hour past my appointment time. When I went to leave and told the receptionist, she couldve cared less. Id avoid this place!!!

Great staff and wonderful Doctor. Wait times can be longer than you may expect, but I suspect this is due to the amount of time Dr. Gross spends thoroughly explaining things.
