Non-diagnosis, curt office staff. Seen by a PA on initial appt, felt rushed (though didnt have to wait long), relevant history and facts apparently ignored, PA did not want to diagnose (probably good thing since PA not Dr) because treatment same for either possible diagnosis, but different diagnoses have different implications and so I still need a diagnosis. Summary: $35 copay + $10 Rx = $45 for ineffectual treatment and no diagnosis. Was wasted trip and money since must repeat experience next time with a Dr.

I see Dr. Jaffe and very happy with my treatment. I have had no issues with the front desk but I am sure if this was brought to Dr. Jaffes attention he would handle it. I found him to be very attentive to my problem, took in consideration my limitations and created a plan that works for me.

Why do I need my insurance card to make an appointment? When I told her I was at work she told me call us back when you have the number on the insurance card. Receptionist did not answer my questions, kept on taking my info down . SOME ONE PLEASE GIVE THEM A CLASS ON COURTESY .

My complaint with this office is not the doctors, but the front office staff. All of these ladies are very rude and unapproachable. They act at though the patients are bothering them by being there. They are very short and impatient when answering questions.

I have had a wonderful experience so far with the doctors and nurses and my treatment. The person who was picking me up said the front staff was rude but I have not experienced rudeness...just very short with you.
