****ask who you will be seen by and if its Winthrop Hedrick, DO WALKOUT*** It took me over 2 hours to be seen despite being one of 2 patients. Once I asked the nurse to check in on the doctor, Winthrop Hendrick, DO, he showed up instantly. He spent under 1 minute with me, did not answer any of my questions and did not prescribe the correct medication despite explaining that it worked for me in the past (an antibiotic). When I explained my financial situation, he threatened me with a $2000 BILL without explaining why, other than that it happened to him when he moved to CA. This is UNETHICAL - this doctor should not be seeing people. When I asked the front desk staff to speak to him or another doctor again, they said he that he was the only one there and that if I wanted to speak to him again Id have to re register and pay again. They gave me a grievance number to call and proceeded to work on their computer.

I went in with extreme dizziness/vertigo accompanied by other symptoms. The doctor came in and told me she wanted to sit down because her back hurt and then once she sat she asked me the basic "why are you here" questions. Normally, when a patient complains of dizziness, the doctor immediately checks their ears to make sure that its not an ear infection. This doctor did NOTHING. She just sat there. No listening to my chest, no ear checking, nothing. She wasnt doing patient care, she was taking a break from her job. And I STILL feel sick! I will never go back there again and I highly suggest that you dont either, unless you want to waste your time, money and health.

My husband had acute sinusitis and we had to use the urgent care. We were seen quickly and the place was clean and the folks were professional and helpful. Everyone we worked with from intake to the drs to checkout were awesome. Much better than the emergency room and at times better than our dr office. Since we were insured there was no issue with insurance. Matter of face we just got the bill and all we had to pay was the 20.00 copay for the visit!!! When we have had to go to the emergency room in the past we are fighting with he various billers ect. Not at Urgent Care. Would go again if needed.

My father in law split his knee open and was waiting for an hour in a waiting room of 4 people with blood running down his knee to have the guy at the front desk be a total @sshole to everyone. He was so rude to us and an elderly man there for labs. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend going here. Id go to the santa rosa one. We ended up leaving and going to memorial hospital where he was seen right away and the staff was great.

I noticed a few bad reviews on here and I hesitated going here, but did anyway as its right up the street. I gotta say every one that helped me here tonight was super friendly, regardless how tired and how long of a day they had (I overheard one girl mention shes tired and its been a long day.) It was also not busy at all. I was in and out in 30 minutes and got the answers I could.

Like others have mentioned, the wait here is long (longer than other urgent cares, bordering on excessive). However, the doctor I finally got to see was lovely and knowledgeable, and the woman at the front desk was really nice and went out of her way to direct me to after-hour urgent cares if my condition didnt improve. Overall, a perfectly fine urgent care - just bring a book.

Takes way to long to be seen, they say they want privacy for their patients but the registration area is literally next to the waiting area allowing everyone in the waiting area to hear. The glass window in the registration area makes you have to scream your issues assuring everyone hears you. service is horrible by the staff but the doctors are professional enough.

I do appreciate my care provider that took care of me at my visit, however it was very unprofessional of the office talk from the employees while I was sitting in the waiting room. On their cell phones, watching videos, gossiping & talking about others health records. Personally I think a medical clinic should have a professional autmosohere

I had my son go here for a sore throat, huge mistake. I told him to get it checked because hed been feeling bad for several days and wanted to rule out strep. AFTER insurance they want $669.00! OMG. Unless you are bleeding out avoid this place!
