I had something suspicious in my mammogram. Information was sent to Julie Serres to notify me. A person named Diane notified me. Diane was confused at her instructions, was not even sure I had a recent mammogram, stammered and stuttered during the conversation. When the conversation ended, I had to call Willamette Falls Hospital to find out the information I would need to make an informed decision. I went back for magnifications at Willamette Falls in Canby. Talked to Radiologist who said I can either wait 6 months or have a biopsy. After several days of weighing my options, I decided to move forward with a biopsy. I had Breast Cancer in 1999 and was told at that time that "you have calcifications and usually they are benign." It wasnt benign. It was malignant. I called Julie Serres for a referral for Biopsy. She referred me to Willamette Falls in Oregon City. I called there for an appointment. The next day, I called them back to see if they had recent enough labs. It was on that call that they told me my appointment had been cancelled. Willamette Falls Hospital is not equipped to do this type of procedure so my appointment was cancelled. They called Julie Serres to tell her. Julie was supposed to call me to let me know and make another referral. She did not as she was too busy. I had to call her. She said she would fax the referral in 10 to 15 minutes to Providence Milwaukie. I called Providence Milwaukie two hours later. They had no referral and would not make the appointment without it. This experience has been very disappointing. When I went through the process in Eugene with the Oregon Medical Group, they handled everything, timely, professionally and caringly. They led the way. This time, If I werent advocating for myself, appointments wouldnt be made, procedures not done. Any potential cancer cells in your body would be free to multiply.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have EVER had with a billing department. Huge lack of communication! I have been trying to call for months now, and not once has either the billing manager nor the CEO called me back. I work in a medical setting both front and back, and would never treat patients the way that they do. My old Doctor there was great and the Doctors are quite possibly the only thing holding that office together. I have had friends who had worked there and quit due to these exact problems and lack of ethics! I would not recommend going there just because of the billing department. I paid my bill, and due to the extreme lack of notes and communication I now have something in collections after leaving messages with 3 different people, including the the CEO Linda Kennedy, on 8 different occasions since January all over re-billing fees. When addressing this with Sasha she stated that she "had tried to call me on two different occasions but there was something wrong with their phones and this has happened with other patients too. I do apologize, there must be something wrong with our phones at times because other people in the office have called the same patients and reached them just fine." I have never heard of anything like that in my life, even working in medical for the past 11 years.

The Pacific Medical Group in Canby, its staff, and specifically Dr. Michael Csaszar are first rate! I have never been to a doctors office and been taken care of with such compassion. The waits are not long (if any) and my needs were well taken care of by Dr. Csaszar and his wonderful medical assistant whom I wish I remembered the name of becuise she was first rate as well and deserves to be mentioned. Ill mention her in my next review. They both took ample and extra time to listen to my concerns and recommend the best path for me on a variety of issues. Dr. Csaszar has made a difference in my life and my health and his carringness and ability to treat patients like humans and not dollar signs shows through in his work and the way he runs his practice. I have finally found a doctor AND STAFF that truly care about me! I feel Im in the best medical hands I have ever been in. He has a great attitude and willingness to help people become better in both bodily health and in all areas of healthy living. He gets my vote for best doctor of the year and I thank Pacific Medical Group and its staff for their expert assistance of him and my health. Thank you all!

I was a patient there from 2008 until 2017. I had seven different doctors in that time period. Of those, two actually cared and didnt act like they are being put out to do their job. I was never notified when I got changed from doctor to doctor and was always a surprise when I came in. Billing is a nightmare. I was chastised and treated less than fairly when I voiced my frustration with their inconsistent dosage of medication for my ADHD. I.E.-4 months in a row, my ADHD medication changed and volume because they felt that I did not need to take them every day when the doctor had originally said I do. "You dont need it for the weekend". However, when the staff changed, they felt it was at their own whim when I needed to take my medication and to be able to function.

Constant billing issues and lack of communication within the office. Dont they note my chart?!? I only stayed here because I loved my physician. Now that shes gone and the new doctor is trying to get me to stop prescriptions that he didnt even prescribe me, (my specialist prescribed me) I quickly transferred care.

This place is ridiculous. Im surprised they are still in business. If you have a choice between driving to a clinic in Idaho or this one....better get some fuel in your car.
