I have been seen at this clinic for a while. I called to get a second opinion for my meds. I went to my appointment today and she (doctor Sylvia)closed my file. They said i had to go somewhere else. So out of my medications and scrambling to find another doctor. Im glad it happened.I would not put my dogs life in this idiots care. I am baffled how such a moron became a psychiatrist...

The billing office has attempted to overcharge me twice now. Getting to speak with the woman who handles billing is beyond difficult. She rarely answers the phone, just like the office itself. Plus, leaving a voicemail at the office is pretty pointless. I was actually told by a staff member a while back that they rarely check their voicemails.

Dr Brooks is wonderful! However, getting through the phone messages and waiting for a call back can be frustrating. But once in, the staff are friendly and as I said, Dr. Brooks is warm and easy to talk to. I would recommend this place to those who need medication management.

Sylvia charges Medicare for half an hour and only saw me for three minutes before she fired me as a patient because I dared to tell her that the medications she prescribed to me gave me an allergic reaction. This office is nothing more than a front for Medicare fraud.

A close family member of goes to this clinic and ever since then, its made a huge impact on her (our) lives. She seems happier and livelier than i had ever seen her, prior to her visits there. Thank u guys for making a difference
