The receptionists at this clinic are very disorganized, and scheduling an appointment, returning a call, refilling a prescription, or getting in touch with the provider are all extremely difficult as a result. It seems like every time I call, even if its for something very simple, the receptionist has to run around to figure out what he needs to do - it feels like the entire staff is perpetually in training for how to do their jobs. Have had three providers here in the last year: the first one was fired and the second one, despite my protests, over-prescribed a dangerous number of sedatives which negatively affected my health and caused multiple blackouts. I asked to be transferred to a new doctor, whom I have seen once, but despite this and continued reminders, they still give me appointments with the previous doc, and even forward my prescriptions to the no-longer-present first doctor who was fired. If its possible to go elsewhere, go elsewhere.

Dr. Gonavarum is fabulous. The front desk girls that work there are HORRID!!! There have been many times where there would be a LINE of people waiting to get checked in and the girls decide to make personal phone calls and even do their makeup! Im serious. I cant make this up. Then when they finally decide to grace you with their presence they act like youre bothering them. There was a woman who didnt speak very good English who needed help with her insurance. The one who is constantly in her makeup mirror was short, unfriendly and demeaning towards her. It was shocking to see. Im a friendly person, but about the fourth time this happened I decided to say something then move my Dr. Its a shame. The Dr. was awesome. AND when Facebooking about my experience it turns out there were TWO other people who go to the same office and had the SAME COMPLAINTS!!!!! Unbelievable.

Worst doctors office. Doctors themselves are good but whoever runs this place is not good. Literally called 4 times today and each time told something different about the insurance. They talk to you like youre stupid for questioning them when you talked to 3 different people in their office and each person told you something different. So ya Im gonna question what you say. Everuone said they were looking at the files right now but each said something different. 1st Its approved. 2nd It was sent online on the 15th call your insurance to figure it out we cant. 3rd why did you call your insurance? You dont understand how this works. We faxed it to them it takes time. We will call you. .....

First time visiting. Checked in on time. Waited about 10 minutes to be called since we were the earliest appointment youd expect to be the first one in, nope some other lady came in after when we were waiting and was called in first. After getting in and had a nurse ask some questions after moving into a room for about 4minutes, she left and said the doctor would be here shortly and it took another 40minutes until doc came, 50 mins after our planned schedule we finally see the doc. But doc was awesome. Quick fast and was out and finished within 10mins. Nurse and receptionist were friendly.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was seen for a skin lesion today. My doctor, ( her name rhymes with Forgeson but starts with the letter T) spent about 5 min assessing my health before she wrote an Rx. I work until 6, and when I got off work to go to the pharmacy they had not put the prescription through. Since it is after hours I wont be able to call the office until Monday, meaning I will be in agonizing pain and possibly contagious all weekend long. This is not quality care. Really sad.

Like Sally, I have trouble repeatedly getting access to care because their recording, for all clinics and their offices, say they are closed. I have emailed with no reply from their administrative staff. When you do get hold of them, wait times are atrocious, the people are rude or unhelpful, and you always have to wait at least 2 weeks to get an appointment with your doctor. Far better options out there for care. Unfortunately, they too have long wait times for new patients.

Ive come from Spanaway community health care and as my third visit to lakewood Ive notice a dramatic change in services. I want to transfer back my receptionist and docter at old chc clinic were amazing my new clinic has no patients. Not professional . or makes me feel very uncomfortable in various ways Ive got to transfer back my old clinic was more of a home this clinic is far from a good exsperience they are rude offending and this is all 3 times Ive visted maybe its the area

Clinic was so empty and we got here almost half an hour late but they told me to reschedule my sons appointment? Girl at the window was so mean. Hes not feeling well and I was hoping for a doctor to see him today. Instead of making an effort to see him right away, she told me to reschedule. Clinic changed immediately. Thanks

Receptionists here are very rude. Cut me off tryna explain why I needed to visit. Then hung up on me after i said thank you. I dont want to say its because they ethnicity because thats not a reason to be rude either way, But i do like the doctors they have. Thats the only reason why iI recommend this place.

Majority of their receptionist suck and are not friendly like dont have a mean face when you are the first thing a patient sees when they walk in... Such a shame... Docs & nurses r friendly its the reception people they gots to work on...

Staff is terrible..rude, and dont seem to care at all about anything your trying to say to them. The doctors are great! I think they need to work on who they hire to talk with customers..
