My calf was very swolllen, hot and red. They told me thethat i sprained my ankle. The next day i had a bad pain in my chest i went un becausr of how badly it hurt, my anlke was no longer red or hot, they told me i was having anxiety and gave me Xanax. That night my back started to hurt adtet a few days i went in they. Said I pulled a muscle.it hurt for 3.months... it hurt to breath i could only breath by panting. One day I happend to ask a friend who is an MD he ordered up xrats for my lungs. I had a blood clot in my lungs . It had been there for months. I spent 2 months in the hospital.. had 12 cat scans and thousands of dollar of drugs i lost my house and my car and mt family wouls have been homeless except for my mother helping us .. test happened in 2006, I am still pat that bill. They told me i would have died that night or the next day of asphyxiation. Asking a few simple questions would have helped. My BF went in with a list of symptoms they told him to pick one. He died 3 months later if liver failure. Its the only place I can afford.. I hate it Also, I have read the generic response to peoples complaints. "My premature baby was handled by a sick assistant..." ...Thank you for your response. Please fill out a form on our website so we can investigate it. ... where is the apology to this womans complaint. Where is tje human compation and decency? Im sure the same responce will be below. They dont care, its all about the money. We are not people but a goal; a $ amount they need to meet....

We just moved into the area and needed to establish care for my daughter right away because she is in the middle of her RSV shot series, and this was the only place that could get us in with short notice. My daughter is only 5.5 months old but was born 11 weeks prematurely, so her adjusted age is only 3 months. She qualifies for the RSV shots because she was born so early. Even the slightest common cold could be very dangerous for her. The medical assistant who retrieved us from the waiting room appeared to not be feeling well almost immediately. She then coughed a couple times before leading us into the exam room, where she proceeded to sniffle and clear her throat several times. She then put a dab of hand sanitizer on her fingers, barely rubbing it in, and picked up my infant daughters hand to get her blood pressure. I didnt want to be rude but then looked up at my husband terrified, and he asked the assistant, "Are you sick?!" She says, "YAH, Ive been sick for a while now." WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL?! My husband immediately scooped up my daughter from the exam table, and I very clearly told her that she needed to leave, that she absolutely cannot touch my baby. I couldnt believe it. What kind of health facility allows employees to come to work and treat patients while SICK?! And then to send her in the room to examine my premature infant?! We couldnt get out of this place fast enough.

Had to be seen on a Saturday and although the wait was going to a long one, it was worth the wait and the doctor o saw was great and made me feel comfortable.. I wish more doctors took the time to listen to their patients..
