The lack of cultural understanding and professionalism here is evident. I had to return two times but they still have challenges calling in Rx,s to a pharmacy nurse Rosa and PANash were very impolite and were inconsistent with the medical ethics and standards and gave inconsistant information that was provided to me before on several issues going against another nurse named Deb and their office manager Nick. I filed complaints to the nursing and medical board because they need to learn to give or call in even medicines such as those for allergies. The need to learn proper and professional communication.

Everyone there was so nice and helped us promptly. Being new to the area, they made us feel very comfortable in their hands. Rosa was very sweet and was very thorough with explaining my diagnosis and treatments.

Super poor management, high turnover in staff including physicians/practitioners. Super hard to get proper communication between dr & patient. Or follow up care.

Great service! From the moment I walked in. Nurse Kaytee administered my shot painlessly, thats a very big deal for me as I hate needles. Clean facility too.
