I needed a temporary filling. This dentist didnt have the right material so instead of saying that, he put temporary cement in my mouth instead. Which may I add is water soluble so obviously when placed in a wet place like the mouth it washed away! I swallowed this material after an hour of it being in my mouth. Im pregnant and this dentist knew that and put foreign poisioness stuff in my mouth knowingly any ways! ( Im a dental assistant btw so Im aware of uses and names of materials) when I called the receptionist she confirmed he put cavex in mouth instead of glass ionomer irm temp material, I asked for my money back they refused and said if I come back he would do a temporary filling at no charge and put the glass ionomer (the right material) in my mouth! Do you really think Im stupid enough to go back to some one who knowingly didnt do it right the FIRST time! Btw he committed insurance fraud by claiming he put a sedative filling in my mouth when he didnt! Insurance companies have been called and it is being dealt with! I also called the Oregon state board of dentistry for ethics! Beware he is an unethical dentist! As a person in the dental field I warn you to RUN!!! He also charged me for two exams on the same tooth within 3 weeks of eachother even though I already had a treatment plan through his office. The only reason I didnt get the actual filling done is because Im not in my 2 nd trimester. Totally dodged a bullet with that one. If you cant get a temporary filling right why on earth would I trust you to do a permanent one.

Weve been going to Fountain Valley Dental for several years. I havent had a bad experience yet. The hygienists are always so nice and gentle. This time I had Tamar, whom I think was the most gentle out of all the hygienists Ive ever had. The office staff are so willing to help you figure out your expenses and paperwork. I would say they are right in the middle for cost, and some things are even on the lower end. They are really good with kids too. My daughter had several cavities a few year ago, and they made sure she was comfortable, asking her every few minutes if she was okay. Because of this, shes not afraid to see the dentist anymore. I am so thankful, because a previous experience with a different dental office made her very afraid to see the dentist again. I would recommend Fountain Valley Dental to anyone.

My semi-annual cleanings and dental checks have been great! The dental hygienist and Dr. B. are very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone seeking professional dental care. The clinic takes my Tricare (Military Retiree Dental Program) and they have worked with them on all costs. My out of pocket expenses have been zero. My wife also goes to the clinic and has had some restoration work done and the care was top notch. Again, they worked with our dental insurance to insure that we paid a minimal amount for her restorations. Again, I highly recommend Fountain Valley Dental for all dental care!

Dr. Whitted was amazing at our visit. He is personable and it is clear that he cares about his patients. I am happy to say that I will be enthusiastically referring all of my friends and family to him. He was professional and clearly shared insights that saved me money and helped with my hygiene, His staff was professional and friendly from the front desk to all of his associates. I cannot say enough good things about him and his practice!!!

I am naturally afraid of dental work due to a terrible experience as a youngster, however having had a couple of visits to Fountain Valley and extractions, my dentist was very careful to make sure I felt no pain, the assistant gals were great also and makes you feel like they really care, I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thanks, and the front desk gal was great also.

Everyone in the office was super nice and accommodating. I just had a filling replacement and Jessica and Dr. Whitted were awesome in explaining the process and giving me options and the likely outcomes of each. Its nice to know whats happening. They also numb your gums before getting the shot. I love that. Highly recommend going there.

My husband had two of his wisdom teeth extracted here at FVD. He was very nervous at the beginning of the appt., but Dr. Ben made him feel very welcome and comfortable as soon as he walked into the room! My husband had an amazing experience. I will recommended everyone to come and visit Dr. Ben and his great team!

My appointment was for my bi-annual cleaning. Tamar, the hygienist, is fantastic. She is very gentle when performing the cleaning and polishing. She is also very personable and makes it easy to relax, which is a real blessing to me since sharp objects make me extremely nervous.

Purchased a mouth guard and 3 weeks later it no longer clipped in. Was accused to have grinded down the mouth guard by something other than my teeth. They wanted me to spend additional money to have a new one made after I already paid $388! Wish Dr. B would come back!!!

FVD is a great place to go for the whole family. All the hygenists are friendly and knowlegeable. I have seen Dr. B he is great. My boys have seen Dr. W he was friendly and caring when they were nervous. The front office staff is amazing. I love Betsy.
