Dr, Kaip is an amazing dentist. The problem is he is greedy. Every time I go in there they want to take a simple procedure and break it up in to 3 or four office visits. They have made me come in 4 times in a week just for a cleaning and a surgery consult to have my wisdom teeth removed. They are always wanting to bill you for one more visit. I work on the same floor in the same building as them, and have many coworkers who also use him. My supervisor told me that they will actually call you up at the end of the year and be like: "So, you have some extra money left on your insurance and its about to roll over. Do you want to come in for another cleaning to use up your benefits?" Dentists should not solicit patients for superfluous procedures just to line their pockets. BEWARE. IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET THEY ARE OUT FOR YOUR $$$

His leadership and communication skills make him not only the great Dentist he is, but the wonderful business man and employer he is as well.
