Dr. Nouredine is very nice and seems competent, HOWEVER I had him (his employees since I only actually saw him once in the 3 appointments I had) do dental work a year ago (a root canal and crown) and it was a disaster. Im having major issues with the crown now, I was in pain for the longest time afterwards (like 2 months) that I had to see a medical doctor, and the worst was the day I went in to have the procedure done, I had to request another dental hygienist because the one that I got at first was asking like she was on drugs (shaking, slurred and rushed speech, flighty, inability to focus, stay still, talking rapidly and hyper/manic). I dont live in the area anymore and now Im stuck with shoddy dental work that Ill be paying for twice. Seek out a better dentist. I know I wish I had.

Dr. Nouredine is a skilled, caring professional who exercises great care to see his patients are well-served. We are recent transplants to the area for school, but my wife and I both have been thoroughly impressed with his work. Despite our relatively few visits to the office, the staff recalled us and treated us with the utmost respect and sincerity. I have never had such a positive experience with a dentist, or another medical professional for that matter. I dont know what it is exactly, perhaps his charisma and enthusiasm, but whatever it is - hes got it!!! We visited both the Beaverton and Lake Oswego Offices, same great care at both locations.

This facility SUCKS!! My 5 yr old daughter had been waiting for her appointment for months. We happened to be 13 minutes late due to circumstances and was refused to be seen. I said we would wait, but the rude receptionist lady said the only thing she could do was reschedule for 2 months away. She then proceeded to say "If it was so important to you, you should have been on time." Really!? They dont have any grace for their clients. All the other times we were there, the receptionists were rude and snooty. This facility sees children, but is NOT kid friendly! They all seemed annoyed that I was bringing my children in.

While he is nice, patient and seems skilled, Hadi is THE WORST DENTIST I have been to. Each and every thing he has done has fallen out of my mouth. I spoke to another Portland area Dentist and HE stated the other dentists in the area consider Hadi a "production line dentist" and have little regard for him. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON LIVING THERE AS YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN FOR HADI TO FIX HIS MISTAKES.
