The dentist that we have visited was fine, but Kaiser has very frustrating and has a broken & ineffective customer service system. So far, I have been on hold for more than an hour trying to make an appointment. I finally got through to someone, and they asked me to hold again. I explained how long I had already been on hold. There was no “sorry,” just..."we have people here at our desk" and then *click.* I never got through. I looked on the website for an email address, but couldn’t find one. Finally, I got through to a person via Kaiser’s Facebook. That was 3 days ago. I still don’t have an appointment. There is no simple way that I have found to talk to a human, get an appointment, or provide feedback to the company. So, alas I am making this Google rating. I’m frustrated because I’ve lost a lot of time to this dehumanizing and frustrating system that they have. As soon as my employer allows us to change providers, I will be leaving Kaiser. I just hope I get a dental appointment before then :)
My kids have their braces done there in the last five years, they are doing nice jobs, very professional, always willing to help.
