Not only will you have to wait at least 3 months between appointments, they have horrible patient services once you are there. When you finally get your appointment, dont expect to be seen on time. I have waited for anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes to be seen. And good luck getting anyone to call you back or respond to emails. I finally switched dentists and submitted the required paperwork for my dental records to be sent to my new dentist, and big surprise they never followed up. I had to call and email 4 to 5 times to get any response. Finally they said that they had sent them, but the other office had not received them. It has been almost a month since my initial request, and still no records have been transferred. I really dont understand why they have any patients at all.

My experience here, the dentists are WONDERFUL. My main concern is the women at the front desk, who are EXTREMELY rude. I came in 15 minutes late, because I read my card wrong, that they had written multiple dates and times I needed to be seen. Only to be turned away and given a new appointment in 3 MONTHS. Because I was late for 15 minutes. Also, they NEVER call you to remind you of your appointment. They NEVER send an email. Theyre horrible at answering their phone. This place is ridiculous, will be finding a new dentist office soon.

I have no idea why Dr. Bolouris office gets 1 star reviews! My family and I have been coming here for 8 years and LOVE our experience EVERY time. All of the staff and hygienists are kind, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this dentist team!

Dr. Hong was amazing and helpful. He really took the time to explain what was going on during my visit. He is very talented at what he does. My wife and I both go to him. He is definately the best dentist I have had yet. I had zero pain and felt safe.

My many cavities were all taken care of. The staff was great. Dr. Bolouri is attentive and knowledgeable. My kids really enjoy the bobbleheads in the windows.
