I took my 9 month old son to this place because he was having breathing trouble. I went in and the doctor said my son was having difficult breathing and she even saw his chest go in and out. She said there was mucus in the back of his throat but didnt bother to suction it out. The lady was pregnant and I thought she would have my sons best interest at heart. Thats her job isnt it? to care? there was a man there as well who did the phsycial. I cried when she said he was having difficulty breathing , she said thats why hes not eating that much . She said he should get better to hold him upright and if he doesnt get better in next week or has a 101 temp to take him back in. I am a first time mom, my son has never ever been sick. I exclusively breast fed him. That night he was having difficulty breathing and I convinced myself he was just trying to get better like she said. he was bad. I was up all night with my baby and finally when the were open my son turned completely blue. we rushed him to the clinic and they called ambulance from there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.!!!! MY SON DIED THE NEXT DAY . I TOOK him in and the next day he dies. I would go to the hospital if ever your child has trouble breathing. even if you go to doctors and they say he will be fine. Doctors DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST. these people deserve 0 starts but as its making me pick I had to pick one star.

Staff was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly, when I arrived for my first appointment. Yes, I was 6 min. late. When I introduced my self and why I was there, I was told that I was marked as a "no show" due to being 12 min. late. The receptionist felt is was more important to argue whether I was 6 min or 12 min late, then to proceed with my appointment. Finally minutes later she looked at her cell phone to agree that I was now 9 min. late not 12. Really....this happened, and I scheduled this appointment a month earlier and had all my paper work filled out and in-hand. I also had my prior medical Dr.s office fax them my information, to help expedite my visit. Being that this was going to be my first visit, and I had all the requested information and had done the extra work to acquire my previous information, I was expecting to be welcomed to the clinic. Instead I was instantly treated as a number not a human and told I was a no show. I am deeply saddened that in a place of business that deals in healthcare, and human well-being, there was no regard for being human or any compassion. Please do not accept being treated as a number when it is your health at stake. Find another Practice, or office that cares!

Worst experience I have have encountered. My boyfriend was having a medical emergency while we were driving, so we felt it best we pull into the molalla medical center so we were near help. Yes, you do have to have an appointment to be seen, but when we walked in and he was on the verge of fainting they simply told us they could do nothing. No one offered to call a paramedic. The staff was extremely rude. I got him out of the office and called the paramedic while we waited outside. I later called the headquarter manager and she was extremely biased. Everything I claimed; she defended the staff at molalla. Claimed there was not much they could do for liability reasons but admitted that they should have called the paramedics. She seemed disinterested in helping as well. By worst experience I have ever had within the medical industry. The situation was not handled appropriately on both ends.

This office is amazing!!! I have several friends who take their families here and we constantly talk about how amazing this clinic is!!! When my daughter was born at Silverton Hospital, Dr. Taylor was the on call pediatrician and provided my daughter with the best critical care she could possibly do and she did such an amazing job and we have been completely amazed at how great the staff is with my kids!!!! So glad we found this doctors office after years of searching for the right one!!!!!

Ive been going here for myself and my three kids for about 3 years and have always been pleased. Dr Taylor was me OB for my most recent baby and it was so nice to have OB appointments and pediatric appointments in the same visit. Ive always thought the nurses and front staff have been friendly and helpful. Even when I had to call several times in one day to work out a paperwork problem, they were very accommodating.

Dr Rosborogh provided great service, and is very medically knowledgeable. The front desk staff appears to be overloaded by the phone calls and walk in customers, which leads to a slightly awkward environment. I cant fault the staff for doing their job as best as they are able!

Front office staff was extremely helpful and got me scheduled very quickly. Ms. Vanlue was also very helpful and did everything in her power to get me the medication I needed. Id definitely recommend anyone at Molalla FMG or their urgent care clinic.

I was not informed, neither by my physician or the practice itself that my physician was leaving the practice...... This is extremely unacceptable... I recommend you find another office.
