I was promptly taken back to see the doctor. Spent very little time waiting. Was treated very well during my visit. Had several x-rays and lab work done and was given clear advice on treatment and meds. I recommend Urgent Care for there care and affordable pricing. I would like to edit this comment..When I was there for treatment, I was told that they wanted to run some lab work on me. Due to money issues and no Insurance, I declined. I was also told that payment for lab work in the amount of $45.00 could be paid at that time there and no additional billing would be made. My funds were limited however knowing the cost of lab work by an outside contractor, I made the $45.00 payment on the spot for these test to be done. Fast forward to now. Since then I have received several notices from the outside contractor, Lab Corp of America with a billing amount of $171.00 due immediately. After contacting Best Care on 3 different occasions I was finally told that the issue was resolved. They made a personal phone call to me telling me this. It has now been 3 months later and I once again received a notice however this time from an outside collection agency due to funds not received. I just got off the phone with Lab Corp and hey have told me that they received no such call from Best Care. My advice to you is, if they offer to do testing with payment made directly to them, beware, you will be billed for it. I will NEVER go back to Best Care again..

Unfortunately, Ive had reason to need urgent care several times in the last few weeks for myself and my wife and children. Fortunately, BestCare Now opened very close to where I live, and is very well equipped to handle a wider variety of urgent issues than other Urgent Care centers in this area. We have seen Dr. Williams and Dr. Angela, both are extremely friendly and easy to talk to, they listen and are very thorough. They have taken care me me and my family right away with better results than I sometimes receive from my PCP. The office staff/nurses are all very friendly and know what theyre doing. Ive observed a high amount of encouragement and coaching among the staff, and you can tell that they work very well as a team. Ive been in the mornings and evening, and always have been seen fast with absolute professionalism from everyone in the office. Rates for self-pay are reasonable, and also accept many insurance carriers. This is THE urgent care center to visit in the Paulding county area. If it were prudent, Id make this my primary care facility. Thanks so much!

Our son fell and bumped his head on the driveway this morning and had a large goose egg on his forehead. After the pediatrician suggested going to the ER we decided to give this place a try because its and were betting on a short wait. We were so right! As soon as the paperwork was done and entered we were called back. The registration clerk was very sweet, she put cartoons on for him, pointed us to a keurig for free coffee if we wanted it, there was also complementary water. The nurse and doctor were very good with him, very thorough and knowledgeable. In and out in less than 45 minutes.

This was a great Doctors visit, aside from the reason I was there. The lady at the front desk was very polite and able to answer any questions that I had. The Nurse was also very polite and both were professional. I saw Dr. Williams who was both professional and polite, she was very informative as to explaining my issue and the steps to take in order to get things in order. The visit itself took about an hour which included xrays and completing my application for BestHealth Membership. Courteous Staff, Professional and efficient.

I visited the Hiram Location and I have to say, I have never had a better experience. The Staff is amazing. Ms. Anita is the most friendly, caring woman. Dr. Robinson takes her time. She listens to every concern and addresses them promptly. They even called me a few days later to see how I was feeling following the treatment. You really cant ask for a better Dr.s office. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Fast and Friendly Service. First visit was for sinus problems and the second was for a physical for work and a DOT medical card. Both visits was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Easier to stay in Dallas than driving to Physicians Immediate in Hiram and sitting traffic. Both trips were much faster service than my usual urgent care in hiram. I will definitely use again.

Everyone was nice. Clean facility and the wait time wasnt long. The only issue I had was the fact that I am a Rad tech and had to be X-rayed. I was not shielded and the views taken on my foot were not diagnostic views. Its a simple Google search for non-registered/certified personnel or get a pocket guide theyre not expensive and cover the basics.

I couldnt be happier with the quality of care I received here today. The sign in, the nurses and the Doctor where all very pleasant and attentive. Dr Williams actually listened to me. I felt like she completely understood and that we were on the same page moving forward with my care. And bonus... I was in and out in under an hour!!

Front desk was super nice and friendly. Easy to check in. However, I feel like I got rushed through triage and let in the room and forgotten. I had a fever upon arrival and wasnt given anything to relieve it. Once the doctor came in she was super nice and to the point. I will probably return but hopefully not during flu season

First time here with my son & Dr. Williams was the doctor who seen him! She was so awesome & very great interaction with him & I!!! While filling out the paperwork in the lobby they had juice pouches & fruit snacks for the kids & Keurig coffee maker!!! Very comfortable atmosphere & clean!!! Def recommend this urgent care!!!

I had to bring my mom in with a bad gash on her hand and it needed stitches, the location is clean and very friendly. they had her checked in and back out with work done in under an hour and very affordable. I will always use this place for my urgent medical needs.

This was the BEST experience Ive had at any urgent care.....ever. Dr. Williams and her staff are simply amazing. I was in and out in less than an hour.....and this was with having X-rays. I was treated with the upmost respect! This will be my new urgent care!!

Very clean office. The staff was polite and personable. The wait after we were called back was way too long. One time 30 minutes, another 45 minutes. Other than that very helpful and I would definitely recommend if you have a couple free hours
