I went there and a lady told me they were done doing hearing, visual, and dental checks for the day. It was 2:50 pm and I had driven 30 minutes to have this form completed to keep my son from being withdrawn school. She said once they have done enough for the day, they just quit doing them. She suggested I take my kid out of school to ensure that I complete the forms before they quit doing them for the day. I found her very unprofessional and quite rude.

Everyone up there was really nice and informative except a nurse named Lynn. She was very rude and seemed bothered she had to do her job. If she was the "face" of this health department not even the unfortunate would seek help here. I am assuming she is unpleasant to people because they dont have a choice as to where they can receive help. If given the choice we would have left and sought help elsewhere.

I asked a woman on the phone about refilling my birth control & was rudely interrupted to be informed they only do that on Mondays & Tuesdays. Very understandable. But was then hung up on. Very unprofessional.
