If I could give her a zero and still complete this review I would!!!! Dr. Lockhart is a great doctor but her office staff and office suck!!!! Twice Ive had to wait OVER a month to get a refill on birth control with absolutely no return phone call from her or her staff AFTER numerous calls from me and CVS! The last time I was waiting on a follow phone call regarding test results and it took weeks and an impromptu visit from me before I got them. How she allows her office to run is simply unacceptable. To say Im irate is an understatement. Her office staff lacks professionalism and organization.

Scheldued my first doc appt with her after having a previous ectopic and i had to wait a month in a half for an appt. When i arrived at my appt i was told shed left and i would have to reschedule but i had called an hr before to confirm and then was told they didnt have my number to call and reschedule. Then i get to the following appt a month later and they send me to a totally different doctor

She is a great doctor. Knows her stuff! Educated and a great teacher. I love her ability to explain and the time she takes to make sure you understand. She is very nice but very busy. It does take a while to get an appt. She has some nice staff people but there can be slip ups and long waits. As for her as a doctor I plan to keep her forever!!!

My appointment was at 11:45 I sat there for an hour and a half waiting to be called back and by then I didnt want to wait anymore. I left. Worst doctors office I have ever been to.
