I have been going to these guys for about a year, and seeing Dr. Englestad. Pros: 1. I like Dr. Englestad. He is very good with patients, listens, and understands. I am 68 and it has been difficult to find a young man with an intuitive understanding of ageing issues. Dr. Englestad has an ageing father, and so he has been exposed to that kind of thing. I was surprised at his understanding. I think this is one of the most important things in a practice -- understanding the patient, and communicating. 2. The office is computerized, and they use this to keep all patient notes and diagnostics in one spot. You also get a printed report at the end of each visit, showing their understanding of your conditions and the suggested treatment. I like this. They expect you to follow your patient plan, hence the practice name "Partners in Health." You have to do your part. Other issues (not so important): 1. The office could be prettier. They are working on that, doing some expansion and remodeling. We will see how it turns out. 2. Occasionally there are issues with paperwork. They took a long time about getting data from my previous physician. There was one miscode on an insurance/medicare billing... however it was corrected, and it did not cost me anything. Summary: The practice is primarily about good care for patients, and I think they achieve that. All the practitioners I have met seem genuinely interested in you and your wellbeing. We are friends with many of the nurses at a local hospital, and many of those nurses use Dr Englestad personally. That in my opinion, is the highest reference.

Horrible experience every time! Receptionists are extremely rude. Put you on hold for 20 minutes at a time then hang up- has happened several times. Megan the receptionist is always the rudest. Has been rude to me and my children when I have appointments. Always seems put out to do her job- even though Im not quite sure what she does. I hear the phone ring and she doesnt even answer. Most recent horrible experience. Had an appt I was told at 1125. Got here at 1115. They said they wanted to make sure I was on time so give me an earlier time. Then I saw dr. Keahey ( who is a great doctor and works with inept group). He said I really didnt need to come. Called my prescription in. I go to Walgreens and they dont have it. So I call the doctors office and their recording is accidentally on. Have to drive back here and wait 30 more minutes to see why they made the mistake and how I can get my prescription. Horribly rude receptionist who does not even say sorry acts like I am putting her out because I need my prescription. This is the 4th out of 5 bad experiences I have had here. The communication is awful with billing to womens health. The receptionists are the worst!!! Not even sure what their job is now that they have this weird fancy check in system at the front door. No matter how good doctors are do not go here- not worth it!

I saw Heather and she is great. Every time I have been there the front staff is too busy looking at cell phones or talking behind the front counter. I sat there one time for 35 minutes after I checked in, they called me while I was sitting there and told me I missed my appt. I was livid, I dont think they care about the patients time. I was there this past Saturday and I arrived 10 minutes before my appt and the woman in front of me was at 11 an hour away. They told her they were running on time, well not true... I sat there for 10 minutes after my appt time. In fear they forgot about me again I went to the counter where the woman told me its only 10 minutes after your appt. Hmmmm she just told other woman they were running on time. I do work in the healthcare field so I understand a little bit but every time Im here something goes wrong. I was seen in Er and called to see if I could speak to dr, no I couldnt do I told her what was going on I couldnt get appt til next day. Ok I took it. I had a young lady call me that day to give me results with a test, in the hour a gentleman called and gave me those results as well. I asked him if there was any organization. I cancelled my appt with him for the next day. Low and behold I get a phone call today saying I missed my appt. are you kidding me? I truly believe youre a number here not a patient.

<--- New patient here. Went to this place to get a physical. Thats it and thats all. The waiting room was EXTRA small and extra packed with elderly patients. The place smelled like rotten eggs, talc and body odor. There was a toy bin with a handful of broken toys and generic lego blocks. The toys were absolutely disgusting and led me to wonder when was the last time someone had taken the time to disinfect them. They wanted me to show up an extra 20 minutes to get their paperwork finished. Understandable... right? Well the paperwork consisted of me sign my name 3 times and a filling out some emergency contact information. It took a total of 3 minutes. So on top of the standard wait time + 17 minutes. I would like to give a review of the staff or doctor, but after 50 minutes (17 minutes before + 33 minutes after appointment time) of being shoehorned in that disgusting waiting room, I decided my money needed to go elsewhere. Dont feel bad for them though. It looks like they have plenty of enough geriatric patients to keep the staff fed for years to come. If you have a choice, dont go here. You will regret it.

I am more then impressed thus far with Partners in Health!! I had my first appt on June 8, 2016. I started with them because my PCP (who I must say is more then amazing) Dr. Morgan Campbell relocated to this office. When I first entered the building, everyone was so bright and cheerful! The staff was extremely patient and pleasant to speak to. As I look around I see all kinds of welcome posters and info about Dr. Campbell. That was really impressing. Dr. Campbell and I have something very uncommon, in common. Osteogenesis Imperfecta!! Im am honored that she asked me to be her patient back in January of 2015. I am very pleased with her understanding and compassion during my appt. Im so thankful that she actually takes as much time as needed with me to get thru whatever we need to do. I also got my daughter to switch to her back last summer. I love your work ethic and the care you show. I love that we both get excited when we see eachother. Thats for bringing me along with you. Your a great doctor and I will stay ur patient forever as far as Im concerned. Love you!!

I have been trying forever to find a good Drs office. This is not good but an AMAZING one. Yes you have a bit of a wait but they take their time with each person. I have never felt like that and it was astounding. The MA was really nice and very smart. She immediately made me feel at ease which never happens at the Drs for me. The doctor himself was extremely knowledgeable and interested in making sure we truly covered everything we needed to. He was never judgemental and his suggestions were always backed up with facts. Even among that he was still very personable and kept me feeling comfortable. ( This was also my first male Dr which I was a bit scared about at first ) those worries didnt stay of course. I also feel I need to mention the receptionist girl. She was probably the nicest office staff person I have ever come across in any medical office. I love this place truly! I saw Dr. Glenn Moore and the MA was Cristina Martinez.
