So disappointed that this place is not the quality place I hoped for. I made an appointment to establish myself as a new patient at the UCHealth Lone Tree Primary Care clinic as insurance changes made it necessary to find a new Primary Care doctor after 27 years with the same outstanding physician in Highlands Ranch. I followed the proper steps to get my "e-check in" (extensive health/family health history) filled out the day before. The computer acknowledged that I had completed it, along with all the e-consent forms, and that it had been sent. Dr. Richard Altman was punctual, and was excellent at "gathering facts and data." Thats the only good thing that I can say about him. He was abrupt and sarcastic, challenging the excellent care I had gotten for the previous 27 years. He was rude when I said I had filled out the "e-check in" forms -- all he could say is "I didnt get them" (could he have checked with his receptionist?) He concluded his visit with looking me straight in the face and saying "Im an on-time doctor" (I think the implications were his expectations that I be an "on-time patient"). Theres nothing wrong with that, but it felt like a far cry from "Im pleased to meet you, or I look forward to helping you with your concerns," or anything that would have made a patient feel less awkward when switching Primary Care docs for the first time in 27 years. I felt no sense of genuine compassion or caring. He was simply "doing his job." Following my visit, I asked the receptionist (Samantha) about some follow-up information that Dr. Altman said he would give me. She said she would email him to check that. The following business day, she called and left a message saying that it was on the Visit Summary which they had supposedly given me (but didnt). She also said I could find that in the "My Health Access" portal, and to call her if I had any questions. I called back to speak further with her, and they refused to put me through to her until I got upset and insisted on speaking to an Administrator. Then they put me through to Samantha. (But should I have had to push that hard just to get to speak with the same person who called me a half hour earlier?) P.S. I did find the Visit Summary in the "My Health Access" portal. It was insulting, abrupt, and presumptuous; and failed to include the word "possible" or "potential" in some of Dr. Altmans pretty dogmatic conclusions. Im grateful to have found another Internal Medicine office since that time which is accepting new patients. And please be sure that this time, I was looking for words like kind, understanding, and encouraging along with words like competent!!!

I was really shocked at the price of care at this facility. Audiology test was $609.06, clinic visit fee was $132.85 and earwax removal was $748.14. The treatment and visit lasted about 40 minutes. We go medical professionals and trust that they provide services at reasonable costs but we end up going to wherever they take your insurance and/or closest, get service without knowing how much they will charge you. With most services, you know approximately how much things cost but this is backward! So my total of $1,490.05 was just for use of their facilities and technicians, the other part of the bill was physicians portion for $364. So for hearing test and wax removal, it cost over $1,800!!! Be aware of UC Health as they are pricey!

Dr. Giang treats me like a criminal. I have a severe case of fïbromyalgia and am in need of opioids to quell the pain, which at times is excruciating. I need the opioids to help me function daily and I consistently have to tolerate abuse by Dr. Giang to get refills. I am sick and tired of having to deal with UCHS doctors who are from other countries and who seem to think they are Gods gifts to medicine. I am seriously considering going to another organization for my medical care.

I have had to come to several U C Hospital clinics in Lone Tree recently and have been amazed at the excellent care everyone gave. I worked in healthcare for 25 years, so I was expecting great professionals, but not expecting outstanding communication, eye contact, and very quick responses. I continue to be both impressed and profoundly grateful. I feel listened to, cared for and collaborated with. Thanks to each of you.

Wonderful primary care facility...very organized, all of the M.As were very friendly and my doctor visit was very pleasant. I also saw the dermatologist Dr Huff at this facility who had excellent patient manner, was thorough with me, and treated me very effectively. Very happy with my experience here.

A very very large bureaucratic machine. No sensitivity for paitient care unless you get lucky with your specific provider, BUT do not plan on seeing the same Dr or PA twice ! Establishing new patient care I was told would be scheduled 4 weeks out ! Very poor. Seek care elsewhere.

I was highly unsatisfied with the service I received at this facility. The medical care from Dr. Tracy Scott was minimal and unacceptable. The office was also incredibly difficult to work with when I was incorrectly billed for services. I would not recommend going here at all.

Been here several times and each time was great. They did a thorough job to make sure I was healthy. The UC Health System in general is the best around in my opinion.

Mixed. Receptionist in Radiology was grumpy and has no personality or friendliness. Radiography tech was excellent and had great bedside manners.

I have had nothing but a great experience at this facility. So far all my doctors have been top notch and the lab techs are great.
