I have seen Rebbecca for over 5 years. She is the most honest person in the medical field I know. She has always sent me a receipt for my office visits. On my very first visit we went over her office policies as well as her Billing procedures, If you want a really good Doctor then you have to pay for it, you cant expect to see a solid doctor and it be free not in any world I have ever lived in, I have been in the Medical field for over 35 years and have a background in Billing and I have dealt with many Doctors, so i have a understanding of the billing process, Rebbecca fees are less than a majority in her field and there is not a better Psychologist out there. I have Found Her to be the most dependable, Honest, and Professional person and Psychologist. She would never do any thing to Jeopardize her License or her Office

I came to Rebecca Lahann for therapy a month ago. I had filled out forms and they want a credit or debit card on file. I was very hesitant to give this info as I had my credit card info stolen last year but thought well its a therapist they are trustworthy. I was wrong. Dr. Lahann said that it is only for if there is a no show that they charge the card. Well I showed up for my second visit and not a word about that I actually do have a copay and she did not ask for payment. The next day I checked my email and in the spam folder is a receipt for the office visit. I contacted my credit card company and I was also charged for my first visit yet I did not receive a receipt for that. Its a shame when you cannot trust your therapist.

I cant recommend this practice enough! Very happy with the services my family received. There are other reviews about being angry a credit card is required to be on file, but most of my doctors are going this route. The paperwork makes it clear your charge will go on the card on file unless you specify otherwise, and they have always charged exactly what my insurance indicates I owe.

I asked a lot of questions before my first visit to make sure we were on the same page. How a person signs up, the payment process and the waiting room are not like a "typical" doctors office. Once my questions were answered and I knew the routine, it has been a great experience. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Lahann. I would highly recommend this practice.

There is no one to schedule an appointment, you are therefore forced to use their website to find a therapist AND schedule your appointment. Following that, I got an email that the therapist I had selected is not accepting new patients nor the field I was looking for. Overall, very poor initial interactions altogether. Not to mention they do not accept EAP!
