The front desk lady is RUDE. When you walk into the door she may be on a PRIVATE CALL and be annoyed that you walked in and ask in a RUDE voice and manner what do you want? The doctor may be wonderful, but she should get a better receptionist. At least one who puts herself AFTER the customers, patients, their rides etc. Ugh SMH.
