Dr. Silverman is great. He has some great tools and programs that have allowed me to tap into my brains potential. The real-time feedback is especially helpful because with enough sessions, I was able to begin controlling my attention when I started to see it drifting off. Its like working out, the more you do it, the better you get and the stronger your brain becomes.
