The scheduling desk is a joke. They incorrectly schedule constantly and if you tell them they look at you like they have no idea what is going on. Dr Raja basically asks you what medicine you want to try instead of listening and trying to really help you figure out a solution so you can go on with life. If you have an issue you are reprimanded literally by being told you can no longer see your psychiatrist. They count 10 minutes late as no shows and boot you from your psychiatrist if you are unable to make appointments. YET your psychiatrist can cancel on you the same day multiple times (4) without consequence. This is a terribly run facility that needs to train front desk personnel better and definitely change the policy on no shows. It is a psychiatrist office?!!! Of course people will have problems getting to their appointments. Stop treating your psychiatrists like Gods and train your staff. Charge a fee for no shows like a regular health facility. That would actually benefit people and provide good customer service rather than thinking of benefiting yourselves. Came back again 3/5/17. Told my psychiatrist was sick. Same day cancelled from them. They told me they called me and said I should check my phone. No missed call from them. Coincidentally from the same receptionist as previous problems. please for crying out loud fix your front desk issues.

I echo the other reviews about the office staff. Several months ago Dr. Maulden agreed to accept me as a new patient. I called to make an appointment with the staff who refused to make an appointment with me because they had to reconfirm that Dr. Maulden agreed to see me. I did not hear back from the office staff. A month later, I told the Dr. who referred me to Dr. Maulden that I had not heard back from the clinic so and he checked the message logs and found that Dr. Maulden had responded promtly to the office staff stating he agreed to see me. Despite clearly messaging the office staff they had not called me for over a month to schedule appointment. I find the offices staffs refusal to respond to doctors message especially troubling. What if the doctor is responding to a urgent matter but the staff neglects to notify the patient of the doctors message. This is not a commentary on Dr. Maulden as I have yet to see him. This review is to ensure potential clients that the office staff may impede treatment by not contacting or responding to Drs messages.

they are scumbags i come in trying to get assistance and when i cant afford my co-payment the act like we are nothing and make us leave.They are just money hungry pigs sitting behind the desk and talk on the phone to there family like we dont exist. its just a job that they got lucky for. so for me going there makes me want to hurt them but i cant... all i can warn you about is there way to manipulate there way in to you head and look at you with a blank stare, as if when u telling them whats going on they act like a wolf in sheeps chloths increasing my hostility

The doctors are amazing! But the receptionist are always extremely rude and short. Ive been trying to reschedule my appointment for a week now, calling every day and being put on hold for about 20 minutes each time. When I finally got through, the employee gave me no help what so ever and said it was MY fault for not calling in sooner. They definitely treat you like dollar signs and not people, which is extremely upsetting and uncomfortable. Im coming to try and fix my mental health, you would think they would try to provide a positive environment and atmosphere.

I have been coming here for years and it was great until my doctor left and I was assigned a new one. They rescheduled my last appointment without telling me so I drove a half hour for nothing, and when I came back the next day, I was less than ten minutes late due to some traffic issues, and they would not see me. So, they are just fine with me waiting 40 mins for my appointments and yet nine minutes is unacceptable.Thanks you for making me feel that my health is less important than nine minutes.

I see Dr. Gullett, and she is great. She develops a med plan with the notion that you wont be on meds forever. She keeps track of your progress and helps you monitor your weight so you dont experience any unhealthy weight fluctuations. Great people skills as well.

I called for the first time and asked about insurances they did not accept mine however the receptionist was extremely patient and answered All of my questions reguarding fees and availability of doctors and APRNs.

Front desk is rude with bad service; when they make mistakes they dont apologize or try to find solutions. Dr. Raja is really nice and a capable psychiatrist.
