Found a groupon. $50 for an eye exam & $200 towards designer frames. Seemed like a great deal. Made an appointment, had the eye exam, then found some cute frames I wanted. Kathy came back with a price at about $300! They draw you in with the groupon, then charge you over $200 for then lenses which is ridiculous! She tried to play dress up saying they were scratch resistant, blah blah blah. Ive been wearing glasses over ten years, never have I paid that much for lenses. They just want to make sure they get theirs! I ended up having to go over to the "non brand discount wall" and find some for half the price. About a week later, I went up there to pick them up, tried them on & immediately realized they were the severely bent, loose, display framed from the wall! They acted like it wasnt a big deal even after explaining to them that if they wanted to pose as a high end office, charge an arm and a leg, that they should make sure they keep their frames in stock or send for them as a priority. I try not to be picky or high maintenance, but I went in there, felt played by their secret lens price they fail to advertise, then I get to pay for frames that 100+ people got to try on, stretch out, and make them literally diagonal on your face?! Um... No! They were making excuses that they just need to be adjusted, then took them and bent them with her hands! How unprofessional. I told them I wanted a refund & was not satisfied. They refused and wouldnt even let me speak to the doctor! I demanded new frames be brought in (I like everyone else, want what I paid for). Here it is 4 weeks later... Getting the run around... Once excuse after another. I feel Ive been lied to (hence the run around), been talked to disrespectfully, been cut off when trying to speak, and am out $200 for nothing. This is the most unprofessional, rude, fake company Ive ever dealt with. Cherry on top?: Is there at least a warranty on these so-called amazing glasses? No! They would cover 50% but for good reason. I bet thats a lie, theyd prob come up with an excuse to not help. They DO NOT care about you- dont waste your time!!

The amount of anger I have for this place is hard to put to words. They told me that my contacts prescription would be in a week from my exam date. I called after a week and couple days later. Nothing (Lady I spoke with act as if I was annoying her by calling, stating they would call me when they came in, I advise her that I was told a week, and was just checking. A week and a half later nothing. My glasses break, and go to another Pearle Vision, they can not fix them, however he tells me to call the Pearle Vision I originally went to, and ask for an emergency set of contacts. I call and this lady tells me (after quickly putting me on hold for awhile) the original sets were apparently never even ordered. She tells me she sees that he put down they were to be ordered, however she doesnt see any paper work to show that they were actually ordered. She said she can put paper work in to order them, but thats all she can do. Mind you she never even addressed my original reason for calling Emergency set of CONTACTS!

I have been going here since I was in Jr. High and they use to be very professional, but it seems that no longer is the case. The lady at the front doesnt even acknowledge customers and if she does it is in the most rude and disrespectful way. Sort of like your walking into the store is an extreme annoyance. I wanted to purchase new glasses and contacts but apparently it was too much of an inconvenience. She took my prescription and made me wait 30 minutes before telling me that it would take 2 weeks to get contacts so she couldnt help me and then proceeded to help other customers. So I just grabbed my prescription and took it to Target across the street because apparently this store didnt care if I left or not.

My first appointment here was fine the people are friendly and welcomoing, but it has been a month since I order my glasses and the maximum time is a week to 10 days. Everyone I call they tell me, my frames broke, or my lenses are stratched. A worker even told me they would go to Fort Worth and get my glasses, so I can pick them up the next day. This hasnt happened, I called today and they said my glasses will finally be ready Monday. But I dont even know if they are, because everytime its pickup day I call to see if my glasses are there, they inform me that something went wrong. Its been a MONTH! So if youre looking for a place to get youre glasses within a week, this is NOT THE PLACE!

I like my glasses that I got from here but they failed to mention they had a buy one get one free promotion going on. Since I paid a good amount of money for my glasses it would have been nice to hear that I had the option to get a second pair free. Called back to ask if I could still get the promotional discount on another pair of glasses and they said no because I would have had to purchase them with the initial pair. My response is if Id known about the promotion when getting the first pair then I obviously would have used it. I know I cant complain too much about a promotional offer but that just felt sneaky to not say a word about it even though I spent a mint on the first pair.

My brother came in for an eye exam and the front desk receptionist whos name was Ellen was very rude when he asked if he could schedule an appointment, the optometrist came out and corrected her for her behavior by telling her he could schedule him in, as we were checking out she answered a phone call to which she was very rude in answering her questions and she proceeded to say "Im going to have to hang up because were very busy" which was a reply to her asking to speak to her superior. Bad customer service is bad business.

Absolutely awful. Its taking DAYS to get my prescription. Its MY medical records and they legally cannot keep them from me like this. DO NOT go here if youre looking for an easy way to get what you need. I hate being rude to people but its the only way to get them to do anything. Also dont fall for the Groupon. Its says $200 off but the lenses the force you to buy are over $200. Plus theyll laugh at you if thats too expensive for you.

I really like Dr. Benning. Hes very nice. They have a decent selection of frames. Was saddened to find out that James had passed away this year. This isnt the closest location to me but I still like going to this location to see Dr. Benning. He has a scanning machine to check your eyes without dialation which i hate to have my eyes dialated. Pearle Vision is a little pricey but Ive never had a problem here. Thanks guys.
