My girlfriend went in looking to replace the lenses in her current frames. They pressured her to buy a new set of frames along with the lenses. When she declined, her glasses suddenly came up missing. They told her she would have to wait 30 minutes to see if they were I the exam room or they could mail them to her if they found them. After she refused to leave without the glasses the staff suddenly "found" them in a trash can across the room. Then they attempted to blame it on my two year old daughter who isnt even tall enough to reach the counter tops. Ive seen this type of shady sells tactic before, but its usually at a seedy car dealership owned by Clay Cooley.

I recently had my 1st experience here. Dr. Teed was absolutely amazing! His manner with patients is by-far the best Ive seen in a while. He relates well and explains exactly what hes doing, answers all questions and gives the vibe that youve known him for years. Its usually difficult to experience that level in a 1-hour appointment, but I will definitely be back. The front staff were great as well and took care of all insurance questions and helped me to pick out my new glasses.

Its a little hard to find but I went in with my VSP insurance and got an estimate for a set of bifocals. They tried to sell all the possible upgrades including $95 for anti-reflective coating which I thought was WAY too high. I just wanted a basic set of glasses. They called me back an hour after I left and told me that they did not want to make the bifocals. I guess they are sooooo busy they did not want my business or my familys business.

Dr. Gibbs is awesome! She really cares about her patients and makes sure you understand the importance of the health of your eyes. Pricing is a little higher than other places I have been, but Ive been going to CLC for two years now and wouldnt go anywhere else because of the quality of service!
