My daughter was seen by Rophe Eye Care (Dr. Tao) over the Christmas holidays due to a very serious eye infection, Corneal Ulcer. Dr. Tao did an outstanding job eradicating the infection. Dr. Tao is extraordinary and has a huge heart of care and compassion for his patients. He went above and beyond to care for my daughter. While most businesses were closed for the Christmas and New Year, Dr. Tao open his office just to follow up with my daughter to ensure the infections was under control. While most doctors were home with their families during the holidays, Dr. Tao took time outside his normal business hours to care for my daughter. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Tao. This guy is not a doctor, hes worse than a thief. Dealing with him has been a nightmare. First of all, his service is incredibly bad. I go in for an eye exam and he does a sloppy job and gives me a terrible prescription. Then he says he doesnt take returns under any circumstance. Now, hes asking for 100 dollars out of my pocket because he tried to overcharge the insurance company and got denied. I have never felt so scammed in my life. Please, I beg you, take the lesson Ive learned and do NOT give this scammer your money.

When we first took our 3 year old daughter to see him, he checked her and gave a WRONG perscription.And after six month we went back for anther check-up, he gave anther perscription DOUBLED the last one. And he gave us as many tests as possible so he can make money. At that point I dont trut him or his machines anymore I soon found the best pedactic optholmogist in the area and never want to see him again. If you have small children, do not go to him! it might destroy your kids eyes.
